I ordered the Bleach Blonde ponytail. The colour match was perfect and blends in really well. You can't tell it is a clip in ponytail it looks natural. Would highly recommend. 👌

Customer service was amazingly prompt! The halo extensions are so comfortable that it’s easy to wear them…very lightweight unlike other brands. The hair feels natural and blends in very well to my own hair.

The hair was extremely flimsy and it looks absolutely fake when I put it on. I will never wear this and I wasted my money. Stick the hair you know!

Great customer service, only wish there was free returns

I sent a few picture of my hair to Lulu. I quickly reviewed a color match suggestion and I'm glad I took it. My family, friends and even my hair dresser complimented me on how great my halo looks. It's so natural, easy to put on and durable. I have washed it twice already and wear it multiple days a week! Will certainly be purchasing from Lulu again and have even referred multiple friends!

If you’re Canadian they will refuse exchanges & returns. They will make it impossible to get ahold of someone and wind down the clock on their own policies. DO NOT BUY IF YOUR CANADIAN.

They state they accept refunds- they do not. I requested a return and refund, as this was plainly posted in their video, and they stated via company email that they will not do a refund. The hair smells off. Ugh… what a waste of $120.00. EDIT: Although they replied to this post and said to email them to be of further assistance, this isn’t sincere, as I have a few times and there is NO response. It is to seem like they are going to rectify the issue, and have not, and even said that they cannot do anything about it. UPDATE: Lula has since refunded my money. Thank you.

They don't have the right colors, they only exchange once and color doesn't match again,now stuck with hair I can use and out $80. DO NOT BUY THIS BRAND!

I was over the moon happy with my halo purchases so I bought 2 different buns. The Small Bun didn't match, so I contacted customer service and was told they'd be happy to replace it. I let them know which color to send, then I am told I need to return the other one at my expense. OK, no problem. Getting to the post office is a chore, by the time I was able to get there the Messy Bun ( which I LOVE) started falling apart, I was told to send that back for a replacement as well. The instructions were to included a piece of paper in the package with my name, order number, email address and my replacement selections. The package was received, exchange processed and sent the usual shipping route which takes almost 2 weeks. The package was not sent to the address I gave them but the address where the original package was sent, ok no big deal. I go pick up the package only to find they sent the wrong products. Ugh, I've been so looking forward to wearing the Messy Bun again, because it is AMAZING. Even my sister thought it was real. At this point I'm over it, and customer service I have to pay to return the wrong products. I was asking for a refund but now I feel like I need to give them another chance to send the correct ones, other wise I will be out the money for shipping, twice.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND NO RETURNS UNLESS DAMAGED. What a dishonest company. DO NOT waste your time or money trying these Lula Halo Hair extensions!! Be honest with people and DON'T PUT FREE RETURNS when that is obviously not how you are running your company.

I really love it . They emailed me so quickly when I had questions . I have been wearning them now for almost 4 months . It is still the same quality .

I placed my order on March 1st, and I received it on the 18th. I tried it on and the wire was digging into my scalp. It was very heavy so I decided I wanted to return in. I reached out and they have been of no help. I started a dispute with my bank. DO NOT SHOP WITH THEM.

Poor quality, heavy and falsely advertised as being the halo style attachment. Colour was wrong despite using their colour matching service and sending photos and they would not let me return it.
