The Lula hairpieces are Fantastic, when you get the right colour no one will know you have a hair piece in.
The Customer service was brilliant. I ordered the wrong colour and I had no problem changing it to the right one they were incredibly helpful. I have already recommended Lula to many friends.

I wonder why most of the reviews don't speek of what happens after a few days of use... It started out well: ok delivery time, perfect color match, and the halo looked fantastic out of the package! The first night I got SO many compliments. After two uses, the tangles were so severe I spent nearly an hour brushing, and still could not detangle. Tried to gently rinse with conditioner (as described) and used a nature brush, but the ends look like garbage very soon, the lustre dissappears, and after three uses, it looks like a dead animal and I've given up on it. It quickly goes from fantastic looking to very plastic and unruly, and the waves/curles disappear quickly. I've had extentions and dreads for 20 years, so I know all the tricks, but nothing works on these, - they just can't be saved, and lasted only 3 nights. I'm disappointed about that, since I was so happy about it when I tried it out the first time and looked like a queen. Too good to be true, as usual.

I have ordered 2 pieces and one looks really good on me. The other one dit not match at all. But the help desk was really.nice and offerd me a coupon to get a new one. That is really nice Policy.

The color match service was very useful! They recommended a color I never would have considered for myself but it matches my hair perfectly! I'm still getting used to the halo but it has been super easy to put in and style. I'm hoping to wear it on my wedding day.

they didnt blend with my hair very well at all

I ordered 2 pieces in November 2023 and received them in December. The color match was not accurate and I contacted the company to return the items. They gave me an RMA and I paid the shipping for the pieces to be returned in January. The company does not do refunds as their website states. They only exchange. I chose 2 pieces in a different color that I feel will match. To this day I cannot get a response from them. They have not sent me my replacement items and they will not return any calls or emails. Complete sham!!

Update: they replied to email again and give information... I replied to their comment here and resent email... again nothing!! No response.

Update 3-24-24: I've now re-emailed them 3 times and responded to their comment below with absolutely no response back.

LADIES GET YOUR HALO'S FROM ANOTHER COMPANY!!

Unsure on which colour and not wanting to get involved in a wrangle of returns, I contacted customer support and sent four pictures of the front and rear of my hair in both natural and light atmospheres as my blonde hair is quite tonal and darker at the roots. I was quickly responded too with a most cheerful, super quick response and colour match guidance and suggestion of the bleach blonde. Which was a great match. I was also reassured that exchanges are not a problem should the colour not blend. Great service, thank you.

The ordering process was stressful. My order took forever to come and every time I emailed to ask where my order was I got an automated response that clearly was dated back to Christmas. I was convinced I'd been scammed. I'd actually like to return these items but can't be bothered with the hassle of fighting to get my money back. They are not true to the posts selling them and are incredibly heavy on the head. Definitely do not recommend!

I really enjoy my extensions. Before purchasing, I highly recommend doing a color match. Once you're color matched, then purchase. Adds the length I want and the volume.

I have been very impressed with the customer service and communication given by Lula. They go out of their way to make things right.

The color was off for the first one, that was my fault. Amanda helped me get the correct color and processed my exchange for both straight and wavy.

Unfortunately, I will not be able to use either one, having a smaller sized head. The band that is attached the the invisible line is too long and overlaps my ears on each side.
