Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy to do. Delivery was fast and handled with care. Only disappointment was the fact I didn't get the patterned sofa shown on order., realise that the pattern is random but I ordered thinking this pattern was what I would get. Sofa is comfortable and looks good...still wish I had sofa from picture shown.

Smooth delivery
Delivery on time, lovely recliners, slotting backs in was straight forward,however zipping the arm rests in were more of a struggle,managed it in the end, I did take up the set up of the chairs and removal of all packaging but this had not been recorded at point of sale, so slightly annoyed by this, especially as i suffer with back issues,the young delivery driver did contact his superior but they were adamant this had not been requested!!!!!

A bit firm
Had I have chosen this in a shop, I probably would have discarded it for its comfort.... However, although it is quite firm, the head rests can be moved to add comfort and if you throw a cushion behind your head, you're in clover!
Also, it was assembled!
It was only the feet and the head rests that needed to be fitted. The delivery lads, who were very professional and polite, did say "ignore what it says on the website".
I did also have trouble with some wording on your website, about "damage after assembly" and although it was cleared up, I trust it's been delt with.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience buying from you, not quite 5 stars because it's just a bit too firm for my liking... Perhaps I'll change my score to 5 stars, it's not your fault Its too firm for me.
The service was easy, the delivery was fluid, great communication (telephone) from the gentlemen who delivered, they were courteous and well mannered also. Nothing was too much bother for them.

Wonderful
We were kept informed of the tracking status daily until the delivery. The delivery men were wonderful. Our house is quite small, and we were concerned that the item wouldn't fit through the front door, but they made it look so easy, and the item was in the room within minutes. Exceptionally pleased with the service and the product.

Good value two seater sofa
The sofa is okay and it was good that it arrived safely. The quality is not great and the seat cushions are very firm almost to the extent it is uncomfortable to sit on. It was however a good price and cheaper than the matching chair I bought it to go with. Delivery was efficient and communication was good although it would have been nice to have had the item unpacked and rubbish taken away.
