My sofa and 2 chairs arrived on time…
My sofa and 2 chairs arrived on time excellent service. Unfortunately completely my own fault i had ordered the wrong one. I messaged them and it was not a problem I wrapped it up they arranged collection once again excellent service and my money was refunded. I would 100% recommend them.

Ordering was fine
Ordering was fine, delivery arrangements was shocking, not what I got told when I bought the sofa, ring Monday for Wednesday delivery and Wednesday for Friday delivery, this was not the case after 2 phone calls to confirm my delivery date, the day before it was due I had no confirmation email with a time slot, I rang the store and customer service to be told it wasn't even on the system, took nearly 2 weeks for delivery... Appalling service.

We’re sorry you feel this way. Your first collection request was made because you found the items uncomfortable, and this was then cancelled at your request. Almost a month later, you contacted us again to request a collection, this time stating that the items were faulty, and we again arranged this as requested, providing all the relevant collection details.
We are particularly disappointed by the comment regarding our staff being rude. Having reviewed the communication, we cannot find any instance where our team was rude or discourteous towards you. We have always aimed to deal with your requests professionally and in accordance with your instructions.

We are sorry you were unhappy with the outcome, but we do not believe this review fairly reflects the customer service provided.
Your concerns were responded to, reviewed as a formal complaint, and our position was clearly explained. The product concerns you subsequently raised were considered based on the information and photographs provided, and we were unable to establish that they constituted a manufacturing defect.
The return and packaging requirements were also clearly explained. These requirements, including the applicable collection arrangements, are set out in our Terms & Conditions, which were available and accepted at the time your order was placed. The assembly service includes disposal of the original packaging, but this does not remove the agreed responsibility to appropriately package an item for return.
We appreciate that you were dissatisfied with the resolution, but an outcome a customer disagrees with does not constitute poor customer service. We applied the agreed terms consistently and provided a clear response to your complaint.

Good quality, quick delivery
We ordered the sofa on Tuesday and it was delivered by Friday, great quality and easy to put together, the delivery drivers weren't as pleasant as I hoped and they didn't bring the sofa into our home but all in all a great experience

Everything about my experience with love sofas was brilliant. Staff in store very helpful. Ordered on the Saturday and sofa was delivered on the Friday. Delivery was great, came at the time specified, ours was the first drop so had it at 7.30am, delivery guys very efficient!! Was built and ready to use before lunchtime! Easy enough to build it myself. Quality of the sofa is excellent and I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Overall everything was excellent so definitely 5 stars from me! 😊
