Sent a faulty Sofa
Sent a faulty Sofa. The click-clack funtion in of the arms isn't working and taking ages to resolve. Relying on a Company Emmiera Groups for repairs. Their tenchnician came, detected the fault, suggested ratchet replacement and when he returned, he stated otherwise in his electronic report. He recorded that there were no signs of any issues and that everything had been fixed, with no repairs needed at all, which was obviously incorrect and also said I signed the report which isnt true.
Lovesofas are not taking this seriously and asking me to wait for another technician for another weeks. Its a Joke!!!

However, we would like to clarify that our assessment was based on the technician’s electronic report from the visit, which is the documentation available to us when reviewing a case. We understand that you disagree with the findings recorded and have raised concerns about the accuracy of the report, including the statement regarding your signature.
We have taken your concerns seriously and, as a result, have arranged a further visit with a different technician to independently reassess the issue and determine the appropriate solution.
We appreciate that waiting for another appointment is frustrating, but this additional visit is intended to ensure that your concerns are properly investigated and that the next steps are based on an accurate assessment of the fault.
We remain committed to resolving this matter fairly and appropriately, and we hope the follow-up visit will help us move towards a satisfactory resolution.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. We got talked to very rudely and our issues weren’t solved effectively. Would not recommend this place. I won’t go into detail about our issues as they already didn’t listen and twisted the story when we tried to talk to them and they will probably do the same in reply to this message.

I have never received a sofa so quickly. From seeing an ad on social media to finding a local shop, we got the sofa delivered within a week. It arrived within the timeslot and was in a box. It was taken into the lounge flawlessly. My husband unpacked it and built it. It's so comfortable and the colour matches our colour scheme. So refreshing to get a sofa so quickly. Good quality and would highly recommend this company. We got the electric reclining Vegas with the pull down table in the middle. There is a wireless charger in the table and usb /c chargers in both sides of the sofa. Simply brilliant
