I ordered a necklace from Love Necklace and waited almost a month for delivery. The company claimed it had been delivered, yet I never received it. To make matters worse, they emailed me asking for a product review on an item I didn’t have!

I informed them immediately, and they said they would investigate with their courier. Since then, I’ve heard nothing back. I’ve followed up twice with no response.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, and I regret not checking Trustpilot before purchasing. I strongly advise anyone considering buying from Love Necklace to think twice. Poor communication and zero accountability.

There is lack of communication throughout the whole process. I have asked in many emails for an update, to no avail. I have also asked for a refund as the product still hasn't arrived. I was led to believe the company was in UK not in SWEDEN.

Do not use this company! It’s a scam! I ordered a bracelet from them, initially they tried to stall by saying they didn’t recognise the address (it’s a uk postal address and we have deliveries all the time), then they just went silent. I think it’s a scam company who try to stall you long enough so enough time passes and you can’t dispute it. It’s now in the hands of my bank

Awful.
Jewellery delivered late. Poor quality and not as advertised. Sent back to Sweden where they state they are based to process the refund. As soon as it was received, all contact stopped, and no refund given. Having to manage this process through my bank.
Avoid at all costs.

Bought a ‘Big Sis Little Sis’ ring that was supposed to be adjustable. However it is only adjustable by pulling the gap in the ring bigger and is therefore unwearable as it pinches the finger. Waste of money and very misleading, also took ages to arrive from China!

From Sweden! Ha - don't make me laugh - the nearest this mob have ever got to Sweden may be a trip to Ikea! They lie about everything, the goods come from China, cost pennies to make and you fork out good money for them and then the company won't refund! Liars through and through - any positive reviews are those either stolen from other sites or reviews they have made up themselves.

Firstly, they aren't based in the UK. They sent me something completely different from what was pictured.
They said they would give 50% off after at least 10 email. After another 10 emails I had no reply. Do not go near this shop.

Blooming awful. Took weeks to come. Was supposed to be a photo of a dog in a keyring. There is no visible photo of the dog in the keyring. I have sent numerous messages and emails, they won’t respond. The phone number on the website is fake.

Very nice necklace, made well, a gift for my friend so hope she likes it as much as I do

Avoid at all costs, posh elegance necklace arrived broken ( but certainly not artisan jewellery, cheap and nasty) contacted them to return they emailed back ( the only email received) and had to pay £9.70 to return a £19.99 necklace, heard nothing from them since, now in the hands of my bank.

Delivered within a reasonable timeframe, although the company gave the impression that they are in the UK when the bracelet came from China. Tracking was accurate. Minimal packaging but not that bothered. Bracelet as described and appears to be of decent quality.

Very good tracking from Sweden to the UK..excellent customer service as didnt realise there is only one set of earrings( my mistake) so messaged them so the company gave me a reduction, but when they arrived they were nice so decided to order another set so my Grandaughter she loves them and wore a pair on her birthday...she is 15...

Delivered on time and pleasantly surprised, very cute. Purchased as a present so had to purchase a separate gift box. Very pleased though 👍

Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would the pictures online are nothing like what I received. The engraving on the jewellery is tarnished and you can barely see the names. My order was nearly £100. I was told I could only have a refund if I paid for postage back to Sweden. I’m unhappy with the communication from the saler due to the the false advertisement and lack of remorse for this. I wouldn’t put this jewellery on my dog

Absolutely shocking company!
I’ve ordered a bracelet on the 28th of September and still haven’t received it, there reply was oh it’s been lost so we’ve sent a replacement but then back track on what there saying as they wouldn’t give me any tracking info, so the bracelet quite simply hasn’t been sent, I’ve asked for a refund five times and it’s now no use to me! Still waiting for a reply 3 days later, simply DO NOT ORDER from this company, they love to lie! Ohh and I’ve got a tracking from them but they still have my order LOL! As evri has confirmed that it’s still with sender

Avoid. My bracelet took 4 weeks to arrive. They said it was being ‘hand crafted’ but when it arrived it came in a little plastic bag and looked like it could have been ordered from temu or shein for £2 (it cost over £25)

I was told by customer service that they would refund me as it took so long to arrive, but then they went quiet and I heard no more.
