AVOID AT ALL COST Horrendous SCAM company
* UPDATE* have since recieved an email from them to say if i take the review down they will refund me. Lovely but this is my money and ive NOT recieved the goods ! i think this is classed as Bribery !* 2 day delivery notification sent weeks ago .Horrendous company, they give the impression of delivery schedule stating delivery has shipped when it hasnt. Then refuse to accept you have been sent shipping absolute nightmare. Constant lies that it is going to be shipped and doesnt. Request put through bank to claim money back. AVOID TOTAL SCAM. UK PHONE, SWEDISH ADDRESS, USA ON BANK DETAILS. JUNK FROM CHINA *** appologies i cannot say junk from china as i have NOT RECIEVED THE GOODS )

0 stars. The big sister little sister ring is NOT silver 925. False advertising. The ring is silver plated at best and tarnished and went brassy after a couple of days. They take ages to answer complaints then replaced the rubbish ring with another rubbish ring even though I requested a refund. Save your money. Jewellery from christmas crackers is of better quality.

DONT order from this company. I ordered from them in August. Chased the order in September and kept getting told my items were on their way. By October still nothing. They told me it was delayed. By the end of October I wanted a refund which they said they couldn't give me as the item had been dispatched. I waited again. Still nothing by November. They told me I could have a part refund which I refused. Eventually they agreed to a full refund. Coming up to the end of November and still nothing. I have contacted the fraud department with the bank. AVOID

Avoid this company
Placed an order with this company for a picture necklace for my partner a picture of her mother who’s recently passed away. It was sent from China in a little plastic envelope containing a little plastic bag with the necklace just chucked in and a crumpled picture of her mother on the outside. I have never seen an item with jewelry being displayed so badly they couldn’t even put it in a little velvet pouch the number on the website is discontinued. They have a UK email address but they are based in Sweden apparently! yet the item has come from China. I would avoid this company with all costs but it it boils down to the old saying you get what you pay for and as the necklace was 29 quid I should’ve realised avoid!!!
