I was thrilled with the necklace

I was thrilled with the necklace. I bought it for a friend’s birthday she is absolutely thrilled she hasn’t taken it off since I gave it to her. Really good quality especially for the price. Thank you.

Lovely coloured cross and chain!

Yes, I have found the cross and chain and thank you for your assistance. The necklace and the chain are lovely and brightly coloured. I found it in a small box, in order not to damage the coloured stones. It is a special peace of jewellery but did not cost a fortune. I WOULD purchase this again as a gift. The cross was delivered promply, and customer communication was quick and responsive.

Amazing customer service

Beautiful neckless and fantastic customer service. I had a problem with delivery and the ladies promptly sent a replacement in time for my daughter’s birthday. Thank you.

I ordered a personalised item

I ordered a personalised item with my own message. First item delivered did not have my message on it. However, after contacting customer services they resolved the issue and send me a replacement with the message as ordered. Delivery is a little slow, but expected as from supplier is outside of the UK. I first ordered mid August and got final solution early September. Can't fault customer service though.

I am marrying my best friend on sept the day before her birthday and this necklace is the best way to start our new journey as man & wife. This came as promised box is very elegant, light inside is a great touch and necklace is great I know my wife will love it
