The product is great. My wife loves it. My only problem is the delivery time took so long. Contacted the company for an update. Got a quick response. Just took way long to be delivered than stated.

Ordered a ring for my sisters 40th on 19 September hasn’t arrived. Have sent three emails so far with only one response saying it’s on its way. Checked on 22 Oct, it has been lost in transit. Have asked for my money back but have had no reply surprise surprise. Not sure how companies like this are allowed to operate!!

The necklace didn't arrive at all. I contacted customer support and they said they would send it again. I waited for 3 weeks and didn't receive any more tracking information. As it was by this time about 6 weeks overdue already, I told them I wanted a refund. Instead of giving me a refund, they asked me to confirm my address so they can check the details. I gave them my address and they then despatched it again with more tracking details. I again told them I don't want it anymore as it had already missed my wife's birthday and to just refund the money. They said they can't cancel it now as it has already been shipped. I have told them to send me a free return label and a full refund. I still don't have any faith that I will receive the delivery anyway

Not happy at all and starting to wonder if a scam. On 23rd August I purchased 10 necklaces as gifts, I immediately emailed asking if I could refund 5 as I didn't need. They took a while to message back and comms were slow. They agreed to refund 40% and allow me to keep the necklaces. On 22nd September the refund was initiated and here we are 2 months after purchase and 1 month after refund and still no sign of a refund. I will continue to leave reviews until I receive my money.

Extremely dissatisfied. After waiting four weeks, it arrived. The quality is awful and not sterling silver as described. I wish I read the reviews before ordering. Lesson learnt. Would not recommend.

I ordered from this company specifically because I needed the item before my partner’s move to Australia, and they completely dropped the ball. Not only did they miss the delivery deadline, but they also ignored multiple messages from me asking for tracking information. When I finally asked for a refund, they flat-out refused and have since ignored two more refund requests. Honestly, their customer service is non-existent, and this whole experience has been a joke. If you’re looking for a company that actually cares about its customers, go literally anywhere else.

Please do not order from this company Ordered necklace in April for my daughter’s birthday in June it didn’t arrive had to email quite a few times before they replied. When it did arrive it was cheaply made and had the wrong names on, have asked for a refund still waiting for response

Do not buy from this company it is a scam! I haven’t received my order and it has been a month since I placed it! The tracking information they send you doesn’t work

Horrendous customer service! Ordered two rings and only received half of my order tried emailing them and only got one reply which was of no use! Takes weeks for it to actually arrive!

Really happy with my purchase

My husband ordered a necklace for a gift, he doesn’t shop on the internet so didn’t know to check Trustpilot. The necklace took nearly two weeks to arrive and is very cheap and tacky. It looks like something you would get free in a cracker!
He has emailed asking to return which according to their website you can return unused items but the company never respond to emails. What a shock!
I think this is a scam site as I cannot find them registered anywhere please AVOID or most probably be disappointed.

Absolute rubbish, I paid £20 for a clover bracelet..the offer was buy 1 get 2. Only 1 arrived after waiting 3 weeks, it is just a cheap piece of tatt. I've honestly bought similar of Temu for £1 which was better made and didn't make my wrist green or anything. Email sent they replied saying they would only refund if I returned because it was damaged 😡 just another rip off scam company taking pictures of reputable sites then sending cheap Chinese goods. Customers beware don't waste your money. I'd have given -☆☆☆ if they'd had them.

Great product and service

The product itself is beautifully made. Seems like it’s made from great material and not easily breakable.
However, delivery - the lack of updates, not knowing where it was or when I was going to recieve it.

I ordered a necklace, after the first time I took it off I saw it had started to turn black. It's a terrible store, I don't recommend it to anyone.
