Took 3 weeks for my order to arrive, and when it did it was missing an item. Customer service is like talking to a robot, and now they’re avoiding my emails and not responding. Also - the necklaces are £3.75 on shein, they’re just dropshipping from shein straight to your door!

Terrible company
Terrible company. Ordered Big Sis Little Sis rings x 2. They eventually arrived and were absolute junk. Not silver as advertised, poor quality. Eventually got them to give me a return address and returned - to Sweden - 2 and 1/2 weeks ago. No refund yet, I suspect they will claim it hasn’t been received. That’s 50 quid down the drain. Run for the hills and do not buy from these cowboys.

Outrageous Scam-Like Behaviour – Cheap Chinese Junk Sold as “Handmade”
I am absolutely furious with my experience with Love Necklace. I ordered what they proudly advertised as handmade mother–daughter bracelets, and what I received was nothing but cheap, mass-produced junk. I found the exact same products — identical design, identical photos — being sold on Temu and AliExpress for a tiny fraction of the price. So yes, I have proof that these are not handmade at all, despite what their website claims.
What makes this even worse is their customer service. When I presented clear evidence that they are selling low-cost imported items as “handmade,” they refused to issue a refund. No apology, no accountability, nothing. Just dismissive, scripted responses and a total unwillingness to acknowledge the problem.
This company is completely misleading customers and taking advantage of people who are trying to buy meaningful, handcrafted gifts. Instead, they ship mass-produced items you can buy online for pennies.
I’m disgusted by the dishonesty and the refusal to make things right. I would strongly warn anyone thinking about ordering from them: don’t do it. Save yourself the frustration — you can get the exact same product elsewhere for a tiny fraction of the price, without the false advertising and terrible customer service.

**Update - ironically Anna it is yourself I have been dealing with who in turn promised the failed refund and assured delivery of the item. The reply to this review is purely textbook to give the illusion of some form of customer care. I have still not received order, promised credit has not appeared and I stand by my earlier review - avoid at all costs**
Appalling experience with this company and would advise anyone looking at their products to avoid and take business elsewhere. Ordered a photo bracelet for which shipment confirmation was sent 15th November and item has still not been received with tracking not updated and email making reference to current Covid pandemic!!! Have been in contact with customer services who are lacking in empathy and have zero skills in helping customers. The email responses have been the same scripted reply with patronising emojis when complaint has been made. A credit for carriage was promised twice and has still not been received. The item has still not been delivered and now all emails are being ignored. Sham of a company who should be ashamed of yourselves for taking money from people especially in the current financial climate and failing to fulfil orders.

Customer service blocked my email address
Sent the wrong item. I was speaking to the customers team who agreed a refund.
Emailed a few days later to ask about refund status as haven't heard anything and they blocked my email address.
I have since emailed them using another email address I have.
**Update** i got my refund after emailing using another account. Very polite email responses but a lot of challenges.

Not impressed with this product at all. Brought as a Christmas present for 2 friends and one for myself and the quality the shocking. Can barely see the photo through the lens. Glad I got one for free but a waste of £48 for them.
