Disappointingly Poor-Quality Jewellery
I purchased a ring as a gift for my partner, but which turned out to be of a disappointingly poor metal quality and was very roughly-made, not resembling the website photo in the slightest. My partner was still happy to wear it, but after just a couple of hours this had started to stain her finger green.
Despite requesting a refund from Love Necklace and offering to return the ring, their decision was to send out a replacement and which turned out to be no better. After raising with them again the fact that neither ring was wearable, they only agreed to a 50% refund "as a gesture of goodwill".
After weeks of waiting for this and several chased emails, they finally told me the refund had been processed, but my bank confirmed this had never been received. Thankfully I was able to challenge this through them, and was later able to order a similar ring from another site for the same price and which is of much greater quality and doesn't stain your fingers!
As suggested by other reviewers, I suspect their jewellery is purchased from SHEIN or a similar provider for a fraction of the price and then sold on.

COMPANY IS A FAKE SCAM & WILL NOT REFUND YOU

NO ONE HAS EVER HAD THERE ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IN THE CORRECT DELIVERY TIMEFRAME AS THEY STATE 5-8 DAYS.
COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM AND WHEN YOU WANT A REFUND THEY BLOCK ALL YOUR EMAILS AND REFUSE TO EMAIL BACK OR GIVE YOU A REFUND.

DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
DO NOT BUY FRoM THIS COMPANY . They sent me the wrong product. I provided all the information they requested to prove that I had been sent the wrong product. Still haven’t heard from them several days later ( despite them saying they would contact me within 24-48 hours). When I complained that J still hadn’t heard heard from them I have had no reply all.
Please please please DON’T ORDER. It’s the only language they will understand. We need to stick together and stamp out unscrupulous sellers.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE This is a scam company where they take your order then they order it from TEMU , i know this from experience and from the low quality items i received . The boxes even have Chinese writing on the side of them . Before you buy anything search for the item on TEMU and you will find the exact same product there for a lot less money. This is a company ran from someone's bedroom and it is not based in Sweden They even have the cheek to offer you 40% as i refund when the product they have sent you is worth pennies . They email you to tell you it is on its way but it takes weeks as it is coming from Asia where they are just stalling for time . I have reported them to trading standards .AVOID AT ALL COSTS , THIS IS BASICALLY A SCAM . YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

Update: I stand with every word of my previous review. The advertised “crafted” necklace—it’s actually a shabby, cheap metal lamp pull. Definitely not silver.
I tried posting this review with photos on their site, but it mysteriously disappeared. Interesting how that happens.
I bought the necklace weeks ago and it finally arrived, which was impressive considering how little effort clearly went into it. The necklace was advertised as a generous “half-price” deal (£19.99 down from £39.99), 925 sterling silver necklace, what turned up is cheap, sad little metal that looks absolutely nothing like the glossy fantasy in the advert. Calling this a necklace is generous — calling the pricing a “discount” is comedy. This site isn’t selling jewellery, it’s selling disappointment. Save your money and don’t buy anything from here.
