Ordered 13th Dec and still nothing. Everytime I email I get a sorry and nothing else. This is supposed to be a piece of jewellery with a deceased family member in and it has not even arrived. The hassle to try and get it is a joke. Won’t ever use again.

I would like to have given zero stars!
The willow ring was 5 times more expensive than on other sites but this did not equate to better quality. After only one day of wearing it turned my Granddaughter's finger black.
Despite contacting them twice I have had no response.

Nearly a month later hasnt arrived yet.
Still not arrived ordered nearly a month ago. Any positive reviews about quick delivery time must be fake spam accounts.

Absolutely delighted with the necklace…
Absolutely delighted with the necklace I purchased for my wife.
Not only is the necklace of great quality but the presentation box is brilliant, literally with the light built into it.
Great communication between myself and Love Necklace, I left my order late and I was concerned that the necklace wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas. It arrived with time to spare.
Highly recommended. A++++++

Ordered on 4 December and still no delivery by 24 December. The website advertises as a UK company, but the item is clearly coming from China — had I known this, I would not have ordered. I requested a refund, but they keep insisting it’s “on the way” instead of resolving the issue. Very misleading and disappointing experience.

Ordered two items for my wife and daughter. The package arrived today and the box for my daughter was empty. That was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
