Ordered a bracelet for a loved one those pet had passed away. This website did not deliver anything even after going back and forth with their designated administrative person named Anna. It's been two months now, no delivery, no refund, and no update. DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this website, it's a scam. I've reported it to the authorities too, it'll white down soon.

I ordered a coloured shaped necklace
It took ages to come and it was the wrong one nothing like what I ordered it was just plain and all clear stones, cheap looking.
I have tried and tried to get a refund and return but no joy since October so ended up having to go to my bank.
Definitely a sham site !

I find this very upsetting that not only they let me dawn item never received but they excepted that the item never was received from me and they said will refund and they never did i have about 3 emails and all they say is I'm sorry I'm sorry but they problem was never resolved. I love to avoid this shop at all cost.

Lovely well made bracelet. Took longer to arrive than I expected. A quick phone call assured me it was on its way.

I was pleased with the quality and service that I received. It was good to bevtold about the progress of my order and when it was sent to me.

Only thing to say delivery was long and I have only had it on twice so don't know how long it will last or if it will tarnish but hopefully not

Lovely product, delivered quickly

Took a long time to get delivered, I will say that Customer Service answered emails promptly and were very polite. The Paw Keyring arrived and I was so excited only to be let down miserably. You cannot see the image, I know the image is there and I know what it is, however three other people have looked and they don’t have a clue. This was supposed to be a memory piece of my beautiful dog who went to sleep just before Christmas, you absolutely cannot see what the phot is. Very disappointing.

It came in good time as a Christmas present for a family member.

Item was broken on arrival and was not personalised. The item arrived very late so I was unable to do anything about this before Christmas day. I have been in contact with the company who just keep fobbing me off, Do Not Waste Your Money. * UPDATE ....I received my refund after a lot of polite resistance.
