Very very happy with the necklace , engraving and beautiful wooden box .
Only slight criticism is the card included is specifically for a boyfriend when the necklace is suitable for many others besides that,eg mine was for my daughter so maybe rectify that.
Other than that it was perfect.

Excellent gift for Mother’s Day from my daughter. would recommend!

I resent even giving them one star. The ‘quality’ of their products is appalling. Broken bracelets on first wear. Returned them for a refund but was sent another set that are already breaking. I cannot be bothered to engage with their customer service again. Do not buy from them.

I bought this necklace as a surprise for my wife, delivery was a little late but when it arrived in its presentation box she was delighted. It is well worth the money just to see the delight on her face.

Although they took a long time to arrive, the firm did keep in touch with me by email. They look lovely, but I haven't given them to my granddaughters yet.

Bought mother / daughter bracelet advertised on social media. Both bracelets broke within a couple of hours wear. Very disappointed in quality for price paid.
Reached out via customer services to request replacement/ refund. Still awaiting response a week later!
Please avoid this company at all costs. Absolute scammers.

Complete scam.
I made an impulse buy before Valentine’s Day. Later found out that same products that they selling for £19.99 are for sale on AliExpress for around £1-£2.
Anyway, delivery time is way too long as well. Probably they are waiting delivery from China. Order placed over 10 days now. Still no update regarding the delivery.
It’s just a shiny website with fake stories on it.
Don’t fall for it! Nothing will be especially crafted for you!

Came in time for my niece birthday it was absolutely beautiful she loved it thank you so much

My daughter ordered us matching bracelets for my birthday & whilst they are pretty after trying them on & wearing for 5mins around the house it fell off because the ball used to tighten to your chosen fit does not hold & slips down with movement of the wrist allowing the bracelet to become loose & fall off. Contacted customer services within 20 mins of item being delivered to request returns address so she could return & get a full refund. after offer silly offers like keep bracelet & we’re give you a % refund. The bracelet is absolutely no good to anyone because unless you only intend to wear in the house it will just end up lost as you don’t feel it becoming loose or slipping off because it’s so delicate. Don’t understand why customer services didn’t just give address from email one instead of numerous emails & nearly 3 weeks later absolute joke and when they finally supplied the returns address it is based in Sweden which is strange as company name is Love Necklace.co.uk. Wouldn’t use or recommend using this retailer to anyone!
