The product was excellent value for money, just what i wanted it was chunky and looked great on the wrist it took a bit longer to arrive than i expected then to be honest i had never ordered snything from Sweden before so i dont know how long it takes normally. But no matter i have it now. And thanks to the girls at customer care love you.

Stunning necklaces, excellent commutation
I recently lost my father a wanted him to have a necklace that connected him to my mother and their children. I was worrried about the time it would take to come. So I sent an email and the communication was fantastic. The necklaces arrived looking absolutely stunning and in plenty of time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It has been more than two weeks and my order still hasn’t been shipped! I’ve emailed customer service many times and I still haven’t received a reply. Very unprofessional as they specifically state everything on their website about order and delivery times and don’t meet their own expectations!

I wasn’t present when my daughter…
I wasn’t present when my daughter opened the parcel,but my wife had made a video of her opening it,the smile the happiness the excitement of her opening it and seeing what it was,made me so emotional that video will stay with me forever. It bought so much joy to me seeing her expression as she slowly started opening everything and then the “oh my god’ as the LED light came on was amazing.

Really really upset with the quality…
Really really upset with the quality and look of the ring I bought! It wasn’t cheap for what I bought! So disappointed and definitely not worth the wait! It’s scratchy, very thin and such a let down! Won’t buy anything again from this site!

Do not buy from this site I got what was meant to be a real gold chain for my husband and I turned him green and the chain was copper underneath. I emailed them for a refund and have heard nothing back. Save your money please

I love my bracelet very much
I love my bracelet very much, however, the stone setting has started to tarnish on the sides and back , not what I expected and the rings holding the birthstone and cross have also discoloured. I am very careful with my bracelet, and only wear it when out, therefore, I’m a little disappointed in the short time I’ve had it, this has happened. Regards
