No Response of the Attonorney they assigned
The call center was great, then they assigned an attorney that would call me before 24 hrs (Douglas N Harty), it never happened. I called him three times and his assistant told me that she would call me back en 20 minutes.... never happened! I called again and the assistant did not let me talk to the attorney, she wanted all the story.... at the end she was rude and told me that because my daughter did not die, my problem was not appealing to them or any other lawyer... she has no idea of customer service. Bad experience.

My call was transferred to a office , I explained my problem to the person on the other side of the phone , all she said was we can’t help and hanged up with out an explanation very rude

I was trying to make a question and he cut me off, I wouldn't recommend these attorney firm unless you lost a hand, leg or if somebody died you know otherwise they won't help you

Nunca me llamaron de la oficina recomendada. En verdad nesecitaba un abogado con urgencia y lo primero que pense fue en ellos pero me quedaron mal.

NO BUENO!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Had a car accident from a red light driver and they couldn’t represent me. Excuse was that i should have yield even if that driver ran a red light. Basically my fault for getting on that drivers way. ?? First time and was disappointed. Went with Micheal D. Waks personaly istead. I wouldnt recomend unless you have a strong case where they can make there money off.
