This system is terrible DVR

This system is terrible. Constantly cutting out, everyday I have to unplugged every day , to work properly,  one of the cameras is not working properly and already water damge . calling the custumer service for multiple time , and try to do troubleshooting  we did everything we can .
And end the custumer service told me to send proff of the purchase and pictures of the serial number and model number to the waranty office .
Calling week later they repond that they will not cover it beacuse I didnt purchase from the lorex autrizes delear. (I did purchase from Ebay) and I talk to the custumer service they refuse any help and I ask them I want talk to a super visore ,they refused and the supervisor told me the something she told they will not cover it.
So the don't to want to  fix or replace the dvr .

customer service is horrible

customer service is horrible. Don’t trust this company when it comes with troubleshooting. They barely know their products and their automated responses on here are just a bunch of bull. They also don’t like to give out replacements when their stuff breaks within warranty.

CRAP!

CRAP! My $688 Fusion NVR didn’t last 2 years in my new home. Defective internal fan. Purchased 8 cameras to go with it so now for it to work I need to purchase more overpriced CRAP.

I ordered a Camera/NVR bundle from…

I ordered a Camera/NVR bundle from Costco. It was shipped directly from Lorex and the quantity of the wrong items were shipped minus a NVR. They refused to make it right or sell me a NVR to complete my system. Good thing that Costco has integrity and a good return policy. I will look to buy another Camera system from a competitor. I thought Lorex was a more reputable company. Lost this sell!

In reply to Lorex below, hopefully, Costco will recognize that Lorex was not willing to work with this case & customer, as well as, refused to correct their mistake! Your excuse that you cannot access the Costo orders is a lame reason. The items/shipments were shipped directly from Lorex, not Costco! Costco should stop selling Lorex products. Companies with bad customer service don't have a future. Wake up Costco!
