BEWARE DONT BUY
I made a purchase online from BEST BUY then to find out its a third-party seller SECOMART. The product does not work and I tried to return it but told it had to be inspected and to be in 100% new condition or the refund would be denied. The only way to see if the procuct worked was to set it up. Im not sending it back for them to keep it and not refund my money. I have went to Best buy store and have NO help. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE on both parts.

After this review they did send a pre paid slip to send back and asked to have this review removed.

Replacement Problem
I received the replacement NVR today, but I am very disappointed with the condition of the unit. First, there are several missing screws, and it appears that the internal fan is also missing. Furthermore, this replacement device is experiencing the exact same technical issues as the original one.
At this point, I am no longer interested in further troubleshooting or replacements. This is unacceptable, and I would like to request a full refund. I am prepared to return the entire unit once the refund process is initiated.
Please let me know the next steps for returning the system and receiving my refund.

Regarding the hardware, please be assured the unit is complete; this model utilizes a 2.5-inch HDD with a specific screw layout and is designed to operate without an internal fan.
Please note that the product is no longer eligible for return or refund because the return period has passed.
I HAVE TRIED TO RETURN SINCE 3 DAYS AFTER RECEIVNG THEY DIDNT ANSWER TILL AFTER THE RETURN PERIOD.
