Terrible and unreliable service
Terrible service. Booked it 1 month in advance and they told me the night before that they couldn't come because they realised it was a bank holiday. Unreliable people.

Risposta di London Waste Services
Sorry we found our online system did not recognise the date as a bank holiday. This was immediately addressed and the problem will not repeat. We prioritised and completed the collection at a time that best suited you and we hope you found the service meet your requirements.
To allow us to reassure you this is a one off and to apologise for the inconvenience we are more than happy to provide you with a discount code to cover the call out fee on your next order, so you only pay the fee for the collection.
