The initial estimate was £190 total, they came to site, their van ran out of space. They charged me £190 and said they will come back for the remaining ones and it shouldn’t be much for the remaining ones. They came back and charged me £240 more. They took a mattress free of charge though as a gesture. I really wanted to be a happy customer and wanted to believe their low prices. In the end they were more expensive than any other company I was quoted by.

Would highly recommend London Waste Services! Sunny and Chris removed about 2 tons of building waste (wood, rubble, dirt - bagged and unbagged) from the back of our property today. Sunny and Chris were super nice, very professional, and quick as well! Would not hesitate to book again. Thanks so much!

Amazing experience on two occasions with LDN Waste and I'd highly recommend them. My whole team were amazed at both the speed and efficiency that was provided. They left our bin store in an immaculate condition. We will definitely use them again in the future.

The service from Lianne in the office and Bobby on the boys on the ground was perfect, they are responsive and communicate regularly. Grate work and grate customer service.

Excellent work, I had two guys come at 8am and they moved a truckload in 40 minutes. Professional, polite and efficient. Would recommend to anybody. I have to find well priced services as this was for my place of work, I contacted four places and this one was £300 less than the next cheapest.

I’d like to start off acknowledging a few positives. The company was responsive when I first contacted them and arrived on time to do the job. However, I was charged significantly more than the quote I was given and was very unhappy with the service I received.

Having sent several photos clearly showing how much rubbish there was, I was told the cost would be £349 based on an estimate of 1 tonne. Instead, I was made to pay £893 because the staff claimed two full loads of 2 tonnes were needed. I believe that either they deliberately misled me about the weight so that i would choose their service over others or that the drivers fraudulently overcalculated the weight of the rubbish (there were some bags of rubbish in the truck before they started and they refused to show me the scales as they were going).

Moreover, they showed no flexibility regarding waiting times (contrary to what they promised when I instructed them). After the 1 hour of the second load was up, they simply stopped working, even though there was a small amount of rubbish left. This was notwithstanding the fact that the first load took significantly less than 1 hour. In order to get close to finishing the job that I paid more than double the quote I received for, I was forced to lift a lot of heavy rubbish myself very quickly, with the result that I have had severe back problems since.

This was a thoroughly disappointing service, and the company has refused to provide any compensation after I raised my complaint.

Needed a mattress removed from a property.

It was arranged and collected all within 24hrs.
Lianne was great at keeping me informed and the team who collected it gave me updates as to when they were due to arrive/collect.

Overall the process was smooth and took less than 5 mins!

Very happy with the service and would consider them again in the future.

Really great service! From booking to the removal - I was contacted to advise me of the process and received a call prior to collection. The gentleman that completed the removal was really friendly and did a great job of clearing. Highly recommend.
