Bought to take on road trips (hotel stays), perfect to use

I think it is a very good alternative.
I would definitely recommend it.
As it is portable, tank is small , hence the 4 star instead of 5

I am happy with the decision I've made to purchase Rinsemate. Serves the purpose especially when you don't have a faucet in your toilet. This is very handy for both home and travel. I would highly recommend you get one for yourself.

Excellent product, would recommend. Two things that can be improved tho, first is I received it 5 weeks after I placed the order. The other issue is the handle doesn’t really stick to any surface. Otherwise I’m very satisfied

Loving this. What I love about it is that there is no need for any plumbing work and it is portable for either holidays or moving house. It works just as good as the ones that are plumbed in, the power is excellent. The downside is that it took a few tries before the suction cap would fit. Possibly could have a tighter hole in lid for the hose. But I give it 10/10 as it does what it says it should. Been using it daily since I received it, 2 weeks or so. Definitely better than toilet paper, much cleaner. Also, customer support was fine. Contacted them when I hadn’t received it, and they got back to me promptly.

Growing up as an Asian who uses tabo then bidet at home and lived in Dubai for 8yrs with bidets every toilet u use. This is a perfect invention that changed my daily toilet routine. Feels like home again.

Trick is to now how the suction holder works.

Perfect solution for living in rented accommodation. So easy to use....simply charge, fill with water and you're good to go.i am the only person using this and after 2 weeks use it's still on half charge. Extremely happy with product and definitely a worthwhile buy

The system works as described it's easy to set up and works well. My only gripe is the holder, it would not stay up on my tiles so I've put my own holder up

The delivery took a while but then again we were given a heads up about the next stock. The product itself is great, could have been better.
The hose inlet could be more robust as a rigid covered slot to avoid displacement whilst handling. The two pressure settings are good.
The holder doesn't attach to any surface but to a glossy plastic surface, an option of screwing the holder should have been made.

Its a game changer, fit for the job works too good but its quite simple to use no mess. Kids can use it i am so glad i bought it. One of my best purchases.

It's now day two since the bidet arrived and at this early stage I can say that I'm very pleased and really quite impressed with the product. Very easy to assemble, and I say this as someone who requires very little help to mess up the simplest of instructions, no unwanted spraying or leakage from the container, and the high pressure setting is really quite impressive for something that's not connected to any major plumbing. Product also comes mostly charged and needed no more than 20min to reach full charge.
Why the docked star then?
This took nearly a month to deliver and what I would say is own where the product is shipping from. I am well aware that Chinese made products online have had a bad name the last few years (in some cases, for good reason) but here you have what, thus far, appears to me as a top notch product so do tell the consumer up front that it will be shipping from China so that I they can adjust their delivery time expectations accordingly.
Also, putting all the parts inside the container which you have to open the first time and in doing so, break the "unreturnable if broken" seal is an unnecessary bit of stress when you're already a bit nervous over some of the less than stellar reviews.
Otherwise, packaging is good, instruction booklet written clearly and fluently.
If this stands the test of time then you can rest assured I'll be recommending it to people.

Amazing product. Does the job! The power from the nozzle is exceptional. Love everything about it and more so as it is totally portable so I can take it wherever I go. I just love it!

Very nice product as regards the washing. Good jet, easy to use. However, the attachment to stick the nozzle to the wall doesn't stick. It's only a minor flaw as it is easy to locate the nozzle in the hole in the top of the cap after use but it would be nice for everything in the box to work.

First used a built in bidet on holiday in San Francisco and was in love but we are renting so could never get one. The Rinse Mate makes me feel I’m back in California.

Delivery took ages. Product works well apart from holder. Does not stick on toilet cistern or wall with suction. Tried tape on cistern and still falls off.

Poor quality plastic bucket for water. Looks cheap. Spray could do with a bit more power...

As others have said the hose sits loosely in water container/bucket. Not good

The product needs absolutely no introduction, it literally is everything they say it is, an underrated part is the customer service and communication, this is also a 5 star to go along with a superb product, definitely worth the money.

This is really easy to use and refill, easy to charge. It is best if you can fill it with slightly warm water, but it will inevitably get colder and that's fine too. Only issue is the spray holder doesn't stick to the wall, so I have found a workaround and investigating other ways to attach it to the wall. Also - the design of the lid is a little clumsy, it could've had an opening that kept the hose in place. But overall a really good product.
