I booked a show 2 days in advance then needed to cancel. £250 for 2 tickets. Contacted them 4 times, no reply no doubt keeping my money. I advise others to stay away from London Box Office and book with more commercial agents who also recognise booking mistakes can be made and refunds needed. Not interested in customers.

I wouldn't give them a Star if I could,just been to Abba Voyage show yesterday.I travelled from Northern Ireland to watch the show.I had selected seats on their website C103 and C104 and whilst it said dance floor on the eticket I assumed they would be still seats as they were numbered.when I got to the venue I was informed that these were standing tickets,My wife and myself are Senior citizens that's why I booked seats.They charged me for seats and left us standing !!! Don't be caught by this company !!!.

I’ve yet to go to the venue but the booking procedure was quick and easy and the big plus, I got the tickets by email in less than 2 minutes after payment confirmation. The bonus is not being forced to download an app or having to wait for the tickets to arrive 48 hours before the show. Well done London Box Office

This company have overcharge for theatre tickets and will not allow a cancellation. I thought they were part of the Palladium ticket office, my mistake. I overpaid for tickets and it is impossible to contact them by phone. Don't believe comment on the web site that they answer phone call, it not true. The only communication is by email. This takes 48 hours for them to reply and their response will be that it is too late to cancel.

I dubble booked so I have also tickets for the show 241130 kl. 0730. Booking ID 21176084 Stalls - seat info Q3 + Q4. Is there anything to do about this ?

A good experience but on first try it didn't accept my bank card deets and asked me to input them again no idea why but that got me worried to begin with as you hear of stories of scams where you end up paying twice. So I cancelled and switched from using my phone to the laptop. This time it worked and I could more easily see the padlock which confirms it to be a secure connection.
Other than that, best ticket prices at GBP75.00 each for brilliant stalls seats (Row C). Thank you.

It was quick and easy. Our tickets were more expensive than the “headline” price, but cheap tickets were indeed available if you wanted to sit that far back with a restricted view.

Compré una entrada para el concierto de Abba Voyage y me cobraron 83,00£, y en Ticketmaster cuesta 74,45€, en el mismo bloque y asiento. Les he reclamado la diferencia de precio y me la han negado

Easy to follow website, informative (play running time etc) and simple to select or deselect theatre seats. Much better than other sites

Le site refuse de m'échanger des billets de plus de 340 euros. J'écris en français mais on me répond toujours en anglais. Impossible d'avoir un véritable échange : pas de numéro de téléphone et pas de réponse sur facebook

Avoid this Scalper and goto the theatres own website, as its about £20 cheaper per ticket..
We paid an extra £60 for three tickets to see My Neighbour Totoro. Money we can ill afford to lose. LBO had sent me an email about the show which I had clicked and bought tickets through, assuming it was a legit theatre link. I realised about 30 seconds after I had paid them that I had just been overcharged £20 each ticket, we could have bought cheaper tickets and got better seats, from the theatres own website! I now feel Horrible, I have never been conned like this before! Save yourself a whole lot of pain, avoid them at all costs.

The website was easy to use and I was able to book my tickets in just a few steps. The reviews in the booking popup didn’t seem to be clickable. That would be a helpful enhancement.
