I made a booking through officialLondontheatre.com for myself and my daughter. Unfortunately I made an error with the dates during the booking process. I contacted the team and they very kindly helped me out, quickly and efficiently and saved the day! Thank you!!

Amy was great- for her helpfulness and positive attitude, making our interactions pleasant and productive. Customer service was exceptional, with a personalized, understanding approach and quick response times. The service provided was excellent, in particular the efficiency and ease of the overall experience. Amy was so helpful when we needed to change booking dates.

Really helpful staff, communication was very clear and easy to follow. My request was a little bit out of what I expected to be possible and the staff were quick to respond and supported making my request possible. It was a real pleasure to deal with Amy. A problem occurred which was entirely my fault and she was just amazing; completely efficient, give me clear guidelines on my next steps and was able to take over and sort all the details out on my behalf which would have completely flummoxed me. Amy was also extremely fair and what started off as sending a worried e-Mail resulted in dealing with a fabulous representative of Official London Theatre who I couldn't be any more impressed with. Because of Amy we are still going to be able to enjoy our family trip out and without her help and kindness all our other subsequent plans would have had to be cancelled. If there is one reason which has cemented my loyalty to Official London Theatre, it is Amy - thank you for everything, you are the best!

I had to cancel our tickets for the Theatre and reschedule for another day. Amy was a great help in advising how to go about doing this and responding to emails quickly which made the whole process less arduous. Everything was done efficiently and kindly.

Couldn’t find a date that was convenient for the play. Amy responded rapidly and within minutes it was sorted. Excellent service.

Amy Is a customer service person on steroids. I made the mistake of not double checking the date and Amy made the re booking and refund so easy. She deserves all the praise that is on here ( And maybe a raise and promotion).

Booked the wrong day by genuine mistake and they contacted the theatre and allowed me to rebook.

Quick and easy communication. Amy made changing tickets (with a date change that was entirely due to us) painless which we appreciated! Recommend.

We booked to see Hercules however we got the weekend wrong. Amy went above and beyond to secure a refund from the theatre to allow us to amend our dates and get the tickets we wanted, great service 10/10 highly recommend.

Really responsive and helpful customer services department. I had to change my ticket date and time due to a personal circumstance and they replied very quickly and sorted this out for me. Once I rebooked the tickets, they ensured I was refunded for my initial tickets. Very happy with the outcome.

Brilliant customer service from London theatre. I booked tickets for kids week on a week I then couldn’t go and London Theatre contacted the theatre in question for me and arranged an exchange to another date.
Highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again, excellent!
