I ordered a large vanilla birthday cake for our CEO and he (and us) couldn't have been happier. The sponge and icing were absolutely delicious!! We had so many comments on just how tasty the cake was and the CEO who has discerning tastes, said it was the best cake he had, had. Will be ordering again. Thank you!

Great presentation for 11 year old bday cake but quite tasteless (rainbow sponge, vanilla buttercream). Excellent customer service, packaging, click and collect service.

Lovely Disney Elsa cake! The decoration was fab and even the princess tower was made of of white chocolate. Cake was definitely the highlight of the birthday!

Lola's Cupcakes Covent Garden - Over and beyond and all with kindness and enthusiasm. We made an order of several cakes to be cut up into pieces and placed in our branded boxes. They even got allergen stickers printed for our boxes. Every request we had they came to with a range of solutions. Aniko & Anne-Marie - absolute heroes! Thank you both for all your hard work, we'll be back.

I've ordered a birthday cake for my colleague in the office. It was fantastic, she loved it. Beautiful presentation and very very tasty! Highly recommend!

We ordered two cakes for a celebration party online. The communication was great including the day of collection. Everything went smoothly and the cakes looked and tasted delicious! A great experience with very friendly staff.

I went to Lola’s Cupcakes on my birthday to redeem my birthday reward, and the experience completely ruined the moment. The staff member questioned me several times about whether I had “other accounts,” asked for different emails and phone numbers, and made me feel like I was trying to cheat the system when this is the only account I have.

She also examined my ID for an unreasonably long time and then told me that I wouldn’t be able to redeem anything at any other locations because “they will know I’ve already collected it,” again implying I was doing something wrong. It was embarrassing, uncomfortable, and honestly quite insulting especially on my birthday.

A birthday reward should feel like a nice gesture, not like being interrogated. Very disappointed with how I was spoken to and the assumptions that were made. I then took this further with Lola’s customer service and the issue wasn’t addressed properly.

Delicious gluten free tiramisu cake. Such a treat as a coeliac to have the option aside a brownie/red velvet cake! And it was absolutely delicious, really moist and all guests inc non coeliacs said it was delicious. Thank you!

product was great but the boxes were not packed with care. I was only shown one of the 3 and when I got home and opened the rest all of the cakes had topped over and lost their icing and decorations. This was very disappointing as I carried them with upmost care. Once I fixed and pushed them further in , when I next carried them they were fine so was clealry the shop not taking enough care in packing

Delicious cake, definitely reorder again. Actually I went to Lola's yesterday and got 2 boxes of cupcakes.

Super easy to book the cake for collection in Covent Garden. Amazing taste for this Chocolate cake

the actual store to pick it up was a little awkward, as they don't have an inside bit. It is literally on the street and it was super busy!

Product experience very good, but more Merchandise should be available (Tote bag etc.)

Pleasant service, and the cake selection was varied. Helpful and easy, and a great team member for a Sunday morning!
