Great and helpful team at the Covent Garden kiosk.
Removed a star as I had asked for a vegan cake, but it was unidentifiable, once put into the box(es) of 12 cakes, so the vegan was unable to eat it. Some better labelling might be useful?

Delicious Bento Cake!

I celebrated my birthday on a spontaneous family trip to London from Barcelona and found this lovely cake. I was able to personalise and order it online with just 48 hours’ notice. It was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent — everything was ready right on time, with several convenient collection locations to choose from.

I had a small issue with my purchase confirmation which was solved very promptly. In addition, I was notified on every step of the delivery process which, since I am several thousand miles away, was much appreciated.

The woman with the headscarf greeted me warmly and made me feel right at home, eagerly helping me choose and recommending cupcakes. However, my experience with the manager was quite different. I ordered about two and a half dozen cupcakes, but she refused to give me an extra bag after I paid for the first two, insisting I pay again with another credit card because I didn't have cash. Her attitude made me question whether she was the right person to run the store.

I was extremely happy with my birthday cake! It was delicious, and the design and personalization were exactly as shown in the pictures. The attention to detail was excellent. The delivery was on time, and all the arrangements were handled perfectly. I would highly recommend them and will definitely order again!

The most delicious cake and easy tomorder

Day in London, so arranged to collect 2 cakes in Covent Garden, fresh berries cake and chocolate fudge cake, both were absolutely amazing, both fresh,moist and both tasted delicious, package was brilliant, very strong boxes, especially bringing them back home on a very busy train. Many thanks
