VERY easy to order online, clear of what is actually in the cupcakes and the flavours. Always YUMMY!

I only buy my kids birthday cakes from here. Sponge is always fluffy and icing isn't too sweet. The store at Covent garden, London always goes above and beyond to accommodate my last minute request. Highly recommended.

Cupcakes were great! Variety of available locations to pick up and they keep products on a fridge what helps a lot with the heat temperature!

The cupcakes were very tasty but I went in the afternoon so there was no stock left. The staff were incredibly friendly and were able to help me with my loyalty card app. I did not get my free brownie as said on sign up.

The cake was delicious and it was so pretty! Would definitely recommend the rainbow cake, the sweets on top added a nice fun touch!

A well known brand, excellent digital experience and easy of purchase and collection. The cake itself was tasty, decorative and packaged well. The only negative comment is the actual cake was a little dry.

The team in Covent Garden were amazing. I was in need of a last minute birthday cake for a colleague's special birthday so called Covent Garden to talk about the possibility of ordering a cake. I had just missed the deadline for the day but the person on the call offered to call first thing in the morning to share the cakes on offer and agreed to hold one for me until I could get into London. So helpful and friendly. The cake was delicious - everyone enjoyed it and I'm sure we will be back again. Thank you all.

The spring floral cake was really tasty. Had no issues collecting cake from the covent garden branch.

Brought a cake for my mother-in-laws 60th birthday, looked great and tasted even better! Easy to collect from store. Everyone said how delicious it was and asked where it was purchased. Would use and recommend again and again. Really impressed!

Perfect birthday cake, was fresh and delicious

It was a real delight to order a Red Velvet cake at Lola’s. The salesperson was very efficient and courteous. She also took her time to send me reminders and kept me posted about the status.
The cake was delectable- all the guests loved it and most importantly, my dearest daughter whose birthday we were celebrating.

I am always blown away the how easy and fast it is to order your cakes. Year after year we order for our special occasions and the quality never disappoints. The staff is always very friendly and kind when I pick up my order. 10/10
My only disappointment is,I saw some new flavours online that we couldn’t costumise to a smaller cake size, so we missed out on a flavour that we would have preferred and instead chose a different one. It’s a shame that some cakes can’t come in smaller sizes.
