Speedy delivery. I'm an artist and I appreciate designs that color outside of the lines. My Windsor Paradox frames push the edge of the envelope with a fun twist that will tickle your funny bone. And the quality and craftsmanship are second to none.

The only issue I had was, narrowing the selection to one pair. Process was simple, communications with "lohause" were responsive - thanks Steve - and I have an outstanding stylish, expressive creation to feel proud to wear.

Ordering process was very simple & quick. Delivery was speedy and arrived safely. The quality of the frame ordered is fantastic so very pleased.

The process of selecting frames, entering my prescription, and ordering was straightforward. I was skeptical that Lohause would be able to live up to their claim on production and shipping time, but I needn't have been. The glasses arrived on time and were beautifully presented. I could not be more pleased with the quality or style of the frames, and the lenses are all I could ask for. I messaged customer support with a question, and their response was just as speedy and professional as I expected. In the end, I was so impressed with Lohause that I turned around and ordered a pair of sunglasses.

I bought an Allen Air Sunglasses transparent frame, and I love them. They have a good fit, good polarized lenses, and, most of all, I love the sturdy hinges, which is a big plus. Shipping was fast, exactly 6 days from Lisbon to the destination. I will probably get another piece soon.

Jeg er utilfreds med kvaliteten af stellet på den brille, som jeg har købt hos Lohouse og ønsker derfor at returnere produktet. Desuden er jeg utilfreds med kundeservice og betaling for returforsendelsen.

Jeg har skrevet en e-mail, henvendt mig via deres hjemmeside og skrevet en besked på deres Instagram.

Først efter 8 dage har de svaret tilbage med en returseddel. Det skal bemærkes, at det er op til køber selv at skrive til Lohouse for at få en returseddel udleveret for først derefter at kunne returnere produktet alt inden 14 dage.

De skriver selv, at de har god kvalitet og nem samt fleksibel retur-politik. Det er ikke min oplevelse.

Deres handelspraksis mener jeg er i strid med god skik.

Jeg har nu fået sendt min returpakke med FedEx. Efter 17 dage har jeg nu modtaget mit returbeløb. Returforsendelseb har kostet mig 190 kr (eur25)

Samlet har jeg haft et meget dårlig kundeoplevelse og frygter besvær med at få tilbagevendt beløbet fra mit fejlkøb. Samlet anbefaler jeg ikke at handle med Lohouse - jeg holder dette opslag opdateret indtil jeg modtaget mit returbeløb..
