Utterly superb in every way - couldn’t be happier with my “Winston’s”

The sunglasses arrived in a simple DHL bag with no outer packaging, just the sunglasses box itself. When I opened it, I immediately noticed protective stickers on both sides of the lenses. That’s usually a red flag for low-quality lenses, and unfortunately, removing the stickers confirmed it: the lens quality feels cheap. The frame design and colour are actually quite nice, but the temple hinges are extremely stiff, which only reinforced my impression that the product’s value lies mostly in its appearance, not its craftsmanship. Overall, it seems like you’re paying for design and marketing rather than true quality. In my opinion, they’re not worth the price.

Easy to order through a clear and sexy website, very fast shipping from Portugal to France, ultra-reactive and very kind customer care... and the spectacles are just awesome! I ordered a pair of Truman in black, the fabrication is top notch and the design is a serious match of form and function! Can't wait now to have my prescription lenses mounted on it and hit the streets with a very cool new look! Bravo Lohause, well done!!!

First, I ordered the Winston Paradox N2 and truly love the frames. They're everything I'd hoped for and more.

Next time I would spring the extra for blue-light blocking lenses, as the 'standard' does visibly reflect some (minimal but noticeable) blue/purple light to the person looking at you.

I have to give it to the Customer Service Team at Lohause. 10/10. It's no secret that the U.S. government is a mess (and as it turns out, so is getting packages through Customs). There were some shipping snafus as a result, no fault of Lohause, but they went out of their way to keep me updated and communicated the headaches to DHL so I did not have to.

All in all: a very satisfied customer. Worth it for such a great look and well-made product! (Just budget a little extra time if you're a U.S. customer)

Excellent final product delivered - precisely as requested - best ever reading lenses I have ever experienced too to be honest. Quality and style are really very satisfying.
Shipment was just under 2 days so kudos to these guys - they are doing a fine job.
Am in the process of ordering another pair of specs - this time bifocal.

I regularly get compliments on my Lohause frames (I have three). Their service is great, working through problems in a timely manner. And their frames are unique and fantastic!

I found lohaus through ads on Instagram. I was hesitant because I’ve had mixed results ordering items from the vendors on that site. However, the frames Iohaus has were very reasonably priced, and I liked every one of them. I am so glad I did. I’ve been wearing glasses for most of my life, and these are, bar none, the finest pair I have ever had. Aside from the frame, which I really like, the lenses are the thinnest I have ever had, and the price is so reasonable that in a short time I will order a second pair.

As a Glass enthusiast, i am happy to explore a new boutique brand

In total I have three pair of glasses from lohause (Dean Amber glasses, The Picasso Amber Sunglasses, The Spielberg Tea Sunglasses). First of all I am more than satisfied with all the glasses I ordered. One times to Germany, one time to Greece and they arrived in no time, using DHL express with no additional costs.

So far the quality seems good, not really anything to complain. This is a small company so anybody ever visited economics knows that the price could be higher than other big cometitors.

My experience with lohause has been a pleasure.

First, shipping was fast and efficient.

The effort and care put on the packaging of the frames are a reflection of someone who likes what they’re doing and rightly proud of the product they sell. Most important, the frames themselves are undoubtedly quality frames from back to front - well crafted… beautifully designed.

I also have nothing but good things to say about customer support. Needed assistance with a small request that was promptly taken care of (thank you Steve).
