I was looking for perfectly circle frames

I was looking for perfectly circle frames. Checked hundreds online and tried on dozens in physical stores. Then I found Lohause Winston frames. It took couple of weeks to arrive to Lithuania. Once I opened the box I was amazed by the quality of frames. Probably the best I've tried on so far. Perfect circle lens.
P.S. there was no hidden fees or taxes.

They don’t want to accept returns!!

This company do not want to take returns and make it as problematic as possible for you to return. You submit a return and have to wait 72 hours for a return shipping label, I didn’t receive it so had to chase them (all apart of the tactics) they kept telling me to wait longer, which I did, the return request still did not work. Eventually they sent me a label for DHL, my package has not been accepted by Customs in Portugal. Even though the label was created by Lohause. Just awful awful service and I don’t recommend them. Almost one month and i’m still waiting for customs to release and my refund. Avoid.

Great experience

Great stylish frames, fantastic and well-fitted lenses. Worth the money I have spent. I am very happy with the whole experience including the customer service.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I bought a pair, which took almost a month to arrive. The issue was I didn't like the frames and wanted to return them. Buyer beware: they're charging not only $30 to return, but also tarriff--these costs should be front and center when buying. Also, the return policy says contact them. I did. They didn't respond. When I reached out again, they sent a link to return policy WHICH SAYS CONTACT them. I'm now out hundreds of dollars.

Returning customer

Returning customer. Absolutely fantastic glasses, great fit, strong frames, quick delivery. Cannot ask for more.

Will be returning a third time for another colour!

The frames are incredible

The frames are incredible - people frequently ask me where did I get them from - and at a fraction of comparable costs. I recommend Lohuase without reservation. Quick delivery too.

Em van enviar unes ulleres que vaig…

Em van enviar unes ulleres que vaig equivocar-me jo de model al fer la comanda. Me les van canviar ràpidament! Servei immillorable. Ulleres de qualitat i bon disseny. El preu és una mica elevat, però val la pena.

Hola Amigos... me llamo Mauricio Santiago Diaz, soy de Mendoza, Argentina, hace unos días, por mera casualidad encontré la página de Lohause y quedé maravillado con algunos marcos para anteojos recetados que me gustaron mucho. Me arriesgué a hacer la compra por internet el 14/05/2026 y hoy 20/05/2026 (en 5 días) vía DHL me llegó mi compra a Mendoza, Argentina desde Portugal... Impresionante !! pero lo mejor es la calidad de los marcos (compre dos marcos Allen, uno yellow y otro Habana) son hermosos y el packaging es Extraordinario !!! Sin dudas volveré a comprarles, Muchas Gracias

A qualidade de sempre

A qualidade de sempre, óculo muito resistente para dia a dia.
Já vou no terceiro par, sempre o mesmo modelo "Dean" em cores diferentes.
Recomendo para quem realmente procura algo diferente a um preço justo.

Horrible returns process

I purchased Lohause glasses for my son. They were too narrow for his face so we had to return them. I followed company guidelines to return back from London. I returned them Jan 8, 2026. It is April 23 and I have still not received my refund and have subsequently been unable to process a customs refund. I have written in countless times patiently asking them to check the status of the return which is clearly an issue between Lohause and their courier/warehouse. I have been dismissively told to wait, going on four months. For this price range Lohause makes it way too complicated to get your money back if the product doesn’t fit.

My experience

After an initially complicated experience, they ultimately managed to turn the situation around properly. There were some communication issues and the process was slower than expected, but once they reviewed the case in depth, they acknowledged the mistake and offered an appropriate solution. I especially appreciate the effort they made in the end to resolve it. I hope this experience helps them continue improving, because the product deserves to be matched by a service of the same standard.

Different and ballsy

I recently bought a pair of Lohause Spike Belgravia (green frame, yellow temples), and after wearing them at work for a week, I can say they’ve exceeded my expectations. Every single day for the past week, I get between four and seven compliments from colleagues and even people I don’t know well.

Some people specifically mention the model, while most are drawn to the color combination. It’s rare to find glasses that not only feel comfortable but also get this much positive attention.

Very happy with this purchase. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something a different and ballsy.

Very happy with the Andy Scotch…

Very happy with the Andy Scotch sunglasses I received. The color frame and pattern on these sunglasses are hard to find. The frames are sturdy and solid, and the CR39 lenses provide a crisp vision. There was initially a mix-up with the shipper. Steve F. responded to my email promptly and had a second pair shipped right away. I would purchase sunglasses from lohouse again.

Steve F. From customer service was exceptional. Gave a quick response even though I was texting every day. He was very helpful. Love the glasses. I ordered two pairs and am returning one, which The company makes very easy. I would highly recommended them.
