Quality Fashionable Eyewear

I love the glasses and have already received several compliments, only days after receiving them. The quality is great, and the style will be wearable for a long time; classic styling with a contemporary twist.
Delivery of the glasses was challenging, not the fault of Lohause, but Steve F. of Lohause customer service kept me in the loop as Lohause worked to improve delivery times.
I've recommended Lohause to friends and family as a great provider of quality eyewear.

WARNING these are shipped from outside…

WARNING these are shipped from outside the UK so if you are ordering them from there you will receive a tax / import / customs bill. Mine was GBP 66 for a GBP 200 pair of glasses. I was not impressed by the glasses either, pretty mediocre quality given the marketing. I wont buy for Lohause again.

Since your order, we have updated our UK shipping. We now ship with customs and VAT included, so there are no surprise fees upon delivery.

I’m also sorry the frames didn’t meet your expectations. Our glasses are crafted using Mazzucchelli acetate, one of the highest-quality acetates available, but we respect that personal perception of quality can vary. Your feedback is taken seriously.

Excellent frames and lenses at a very good price

I discovered Lohause through its ads on Facebook and was attracted by the photos of their very colorful frames which are not commonly available in the Netherlands. I was in the market for new glasses after having cataract surgery and started exploring Lohause looking at customer reviews. The reviews were mixed with some customers posting negative reviews, primarily over difficulties of having to pay import taxes. Nevertheless, I decided to order a new glasses and sent inquiries to customer service. They responded promptly and constructively to my concerns and I ordered three frames during their end of year sale, two of Winston frames with progressive lenses and one Winston frame with sunglasses and progressive lenses. The order arrived about two weeks ago, and I have been wearing them since. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the Lohause frames and lenses. The frames are sturdy and look as good as their advertising photos. The lenses are best quality, and German made, which is very reassuring. And the price of the frames and glasses was extraordinarily good, easily 1/2 the price that I would pay in the Netherlands. I have no hesitation in giving the highest recommendation to Lohause and would not hesitate to order again from this company. They do very good work, deliver very good products and have excellent customer service.

Great quality, perfect fit, and professional service

I had a fantastic experience with Lohause! From start to finish, the service was professional and incredibly helpful and the glasses are amazing.
My glasses arrived much faster than expected, and the quality is outstanding—you can really feel the premium materials. They are a perfect fit and look exactly the style I was hoping for. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality eyewear and great service!

Hugely delayed and extra costs - misleading website

Updated comment: I received a nice apology for the delay in delivery and have been reimbursed for the unexpected import duties. And assured that the website will be amended to reflect when duties will be charged.

I am now in receipt of the glasses and confirm that they are beautiful.

Previous comment -

I have not yet received my glasses so cannot comment upon the quality. What I can flag is that these glasses took MUCH longer to be delivered than the website suggested. And when I tried to cancel the order due tondelayed delivery I was not able to. Instead the company said that they had been very busy. In addition there is import duty to add to the sales price (again, not flagged). Website is very misleading. And the company appears to apologise beautifully but to ignore customer concerns.

Scam! They promise but don’t deliver, no service

I specifically asked if they did prescriptions that differ from 0.25, they said no problem. I’m waiting three weeks now and every week they send an email with troubles about the prescription and they menace to charge more. A real scam, they lure people but don’t deliver !!

This business is fraud. and My card was used by unauthorised. This business keeps lying they can not cancel this order in order to get the money.

We’re very sorry to read this — especially the claim of unauthorised card use. If you believe the payment was not made by you, please contact your bank immediately so they can secure your card and open a chargeback.

Regarding the shipment: the message you received from UniUni indicates they have not yet received the parcel, which means it hasn’t entered last-mile delivery yet and is still with the carrier/vendor stage.

You should have received an email from us requesting your order number — please reply directly to that email with your order number so we can locate your order immediately, confirm the status, and resolve this properly from our side.

Love love my glasses

I just received my glasses from Lohause and I absolutely love them - they are the perfect fit and easy on the face. I ordered progressive photofusion glasses and I had never ordered online as it is always a risk but these glasses were just right. There was a delay in me getting them as they were very busy but as soon as I emailed them, they immediately got back to me and kept me updated with the progress of the shipment. I highly recommend Lohause to anyone looking for very cool and trendy glasses - I am so happy with mine 🤓👌🏼
