I bought these for my active but petite teenage daughter. I also purchased pairs from other well known brands. Both the seemless and boyshort designs have performed brilliantly and are a great fit. They are the only brand were she hasn't experienced leaks (round the gusset area).

Promising start
The reviews look great and garments look good quality, so promising start. Still to road test as need to exchange for a different size but the fit guarantee helps here. Dispatch and postal to uk address was a bit slower from point of ordering, but there was full tracking from point of order.

I don't have to wear tampons and pads anymore
Yaay no more pads and tampons!! Loeah period pants are all I need. I was so sick of waking up with blood on ma sheets because my heavy flow is too much for the nighttime extra long pads with wide wings. Side leaks where the pad got scrunched up while I was sleeping, or leak up the back. Leaking through ma tampon in the day time after just 2 to 3 hours sometimes. OVER IT! I can wear Loeah underwear all day without leaks and all night and wake up dry. Never going back, these period pants are all I need. Thank you

Good costume but you need to be able to try it on!
The costume is great and fits well, fortunately, but I'm shopping for a 12 year old girl who is very tall for her age and it's so difficult to get the right sizing. So I find it bizarre that you if you open the swimsuit to look at it, not even try it on, you cannot return it!

AVOID - they don’t allow refunds
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
It’s rather interesting how several positive reviews appear just hours apart, seemingly burying the negative ones. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from this company to think twice.
My experience has been absolutely appalling. I followed their returns policy, complied with their requirements and even provided photographic evidence showing that the product remained completely unopened, with the original seal intact.
Despite this, they offered me a so-called “full refund” while deducting an outrageous amount in shipping fees, even though no return shipment had taken place. How can a refund be considered “full” when such a significant amount is being withheld?
It genuinely feels as though this company changes its policies to suit itself, making it unnecessarily difficult for customers to exercise their consumer rights.
Their approach to customer service and refunds is unacceptable, misleading and deeply concerning. I will be escalating this matter further and exploring my rights under UK consumer law.
I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Save yourself the money, frustration and stress.

Since the seal on your order is still intact, we can absolutely accept your return. The offer you received was simply an alternative, so you wouldn’t have to send the package back yourself. You’re completely free to decline it and return your order instead.
Please keep in mind that our return centre is located in the Netherlands, so the return shipping costs from the UK can be quite high. As stated in our Exchange and Return Policy, these costs are covered by the customer.
If you’d like to go ahead with the return, simply reply to our email and let us know. We’ll then send you the return instructions straight away.

Really pleased I found this product
Really pleased I found this product. Very comfortable to wear and feel safe and secure.
I would have given 5 stars but I have found that the product takes a while to dry after washing and delivery is quite slow.
All in all a very good product.

Thanks as well for your feedback on the drying time. Because of the absorbent layers, the gusset naturally takes a little longer to dry than regular underwear. A good tip is to hang them up with the gusset turned outwards, somewhere with good airflow. Please avoid the tumble dryer, as this can damage the absorbent layers.
As for delivery, we ship orders directly from our stock to our customers, without an extra warehouse step in between. This helps us keep unnecessary transport to a minimum, but it does mean delivery takes a little longer. We're always looking at ways to get orders to you faster.

Swimwear bough for holiday highly recommend
Bought 2 pairs of period swimwear as my period changed its cycle right before our holiday abroad and my son had spent way to long learning to swim for my period to ruin it! Well for the first time in 16 years it didn’t and I swam every single day period or not! They where comfortable looked like normal swim pants and where super easy to hand wash in our caravan! Will absolutely be buying the period pants next!

Avoid. They use their fit policy to deny you refunds
Don't be take in by the glam looking contents. The way this company operates is a total scam - they don't allow any returns at all. This is in violation of so many laws. Instead they use their fit guarantee, which by the way only applies to your first order, to block you from retuning items. They don't have hygiene seal on each item like all other reputable brands do instead they put all items in a single bag and say if you open this bag and break the seal, which you have to, to inspect the items you cannot return them and if this is not your 1st order you can't even exchange. The quality of the underwear is average but the trap they use to force you to keep the items is off putting. They are glorified drop shipper and if you need to exchange items to make use of their flawed fit policy, guess what - you will have to ship them at your own expense all the way to China!

As stated in our exchange and return policy, and on the seal itself, we’re unable to accept returns once the seal has been broken. Because period underwear comes into direct contact with the most intimate parts of the body, we treat it as a hygiene product. This policy is in place so every customer can be sure that what they receive is brand new and has never been worn by someone else.
We’d also like to be clear that we don’t do dropshipping. With dropshipping, orders are sent directly from random suppliers to the customer, without any control over quality, materials or certifications. That’s not how we work. Our underwear is manufactured in China, as is the case for much of the period underwear available today. Instead of shipping our stock to warehouses in different countries and sending each order on from there, we store it right next to our factory and ship directly to our customers. We’ve chosen this deliberately to avoid unnecessary transport steps and keep the environmental footprint of our distribution as low as possible.
Our return centre, however, isn’t located in China but in the Netherlands. For size exchanges under our fit guarantee, you don’t pay any return costs. You only pay the shipping cost of the new item, which is £6.95
