Loeah customer service has been so prompt, the size guarantee has been the easiest process. The colours are true to the images, and I'm hopeful that they will last longer than other brands. I'm yet to trial them.

First time user, I was skeptical at first but I am absolutely pleased I went for it. I have quite a heavy cycle and didn’t think it would work, but after using Loeah (originally called Luna), I can say there are no issues, it didn’t feel like I was wearing a pad for hours, I was very comfortable. The hipster is a winner for me in terms of fit and comfort, and if you want something a little tighter as some other pants have a different fit on the waist band. Customer service is 10/10. I’d been wanting to try these for a while but was a little hesitant. However, the rebranding sale was too good to miss so I finally took the plunge.
Delivery takes a while but their timeframes are stated on their website so I knew what to expect. And the wait was worth it!
The packaging was beautiful, the pants are incredibly soft, and the quality is lovely. The customer service has been outstanding too. They’ve been so helpful, supportive and lovely throughout, which has made the whole experience even better.
Highly recommend!

Great product, very convenient especially for teenagers. Quality seems good so hope will last for long. Bit pricy at full price but great when on offer. Purchased two for myself and daughter and we are both pleased.

Excellent customer service
I bought two pairs of briefs in XL and i found they were very big for me (I’m a size 12). I contacted Leoah to explain and they very helpfully are exchanging to a better side. Customer Service is brilliant and for the first pair you buy they offer a fit guarantee to exchange for a better size,.

AVOID
Unfortunately the Instagram ads convinced me to order from Loeah and it’s fair to say that I’m not impressed. They have a policy that states you cannot return once the seal on the package has been opened, but you cannot access the product without breaking the seal! A simple hygiene label would suffice, I’m sure. Now I’m stuck with a product that doesn’t fit and considering the amount of time it took to arrive, I cannot be bothered to even go through with an exchange.
Will stick to other brands.

Excellent customer service, purchased the wrong size for a family member and they are exchanging them for the correct size, no questions asked. I didn't expect this at all, you read these things but it's not normally that simple. Would deffo use again.

Not bad, but not the best
I got some things in their buy 1 get 1 free sale for rebranding. While the styles are comfy and generally they seem decent company, the underwear is ranked number 3 out of the 3 brands I’ve bought period underwear from. The front of the absorbent pads aren't high enough and eventually after a few hours the side seam did start to rub a bit. Glad I got the swimwear but the pads in the bikini top isn’t removable and because of that the top doesn’t sit as well.
The order process and delivery etc was decent.

The Loeah pants are great
The Loeah pants are great. They feel soft against your skin. They wash well. I love the fact that the protective area goes all the way from the front to back. My daughter also loves them and enjoys that she can wear them to school without leaks.

Underwear took longer than expected to…
Underwear took longer than expected to arrive.
It took quite a number of washes to get rid of the black dye. Would love to see this underwear in lighter colours.
I used the extra layer at night. No means of attaching it to the other 2 layers and it came out during the night. A simple popper or button would help greatly.
The pants are very difficult to dry and I think that will be very problematic in the winter months as they cannot be tumbled.
Can I just end on a positive note - I was very skeptical regarding their performance. They were comfortable to wear and extremely absorbent!

We’re sorry the delivery took longer than you expected. Because we send orders straight from our stock to our customers, without an extra warehouse in between, we keep unnecessary transport to a minimum. The downside is a slightly longer delivery time, which we know isn’t always ideal.
Your suggestions about lighter colours and a way to secure the extra layer are really helpful, and we’ve shared them with our product team. A small tip for drying: hanging the pants with the gusset facing outwards somewhere with good airflow helps the absorbent layers dry faster, which can make a real difference in winter.
