Trustpilot Review – Lith-Tech

I spent weeks researching wheelchairs after realising my mobility scooter wasn’t suitable for me. Although it worked, it caused arm pain because the tiller didn’t move backwards and forwards. I knew a powered wheelchair would be better, but I had no idea where to start.

My local mobility shop had very limited options. One suggestion was to put a cushion behind my back to move me forward, which didn’t feel like a proper solution. I also test-drove a super-light carbon wheelchair that pulled me towards the road and then I couldn’t get up a kerb, so that was quickly ruled out.

After seeing a recommendation in a wheelchair Facebook group, I followed a link to Lith-Tech — and it made all the difference. They have a wide range of wheelchairs and take the time to understand your height, weight, lifestyle, and what you need the chair for.

They chose the Smart Chair Pro because I needed something compact enough to fit into a very small car boot. The team at Lith-Tech were absolutely brilliant and clearly knew what they were doing. The quality of the chair is excellent, and knowing spare parts will be available for years is a huge reassurance.

The staff I spoke to were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending Lith-Tech to anyone looking for a wheelchair.

Once again Toby and his staff came up trumps. My wife is disabled and now diagnosed with terminal cancer. Therefore, since April this year she has attended huge number of appointments at hospitals and cancer units This has resulted in great use of both her power chair and lifter. Whilst power chair has taken this extreme use in its stride, essentially we have worn out lifter and cannot be without this vital piece of equipment. Call to Lith Tech Friday morning, spoke with David, explained importance of lifter with further appointments fast approaching and new replacement lifter arrived Monday morning. Faultless and compassionate service from Lith Tech, once again. Thank you David and Toby for this exceptional service.

Paul spent all the time I needed helping me to choose the best chair. He was happy for me to compare Lith-thech with other brands. In the end Lith-tech was the only one to meet all my needs. No other company gave me the same care and attention as Lith-tech did. I'm now happily getting out and about at outdoor venues and events.

My experience was excellent, the guys were very helpful and knowledgeable, also very kind and understanding.

I have just taken my frist ever electric carbon lite wheelchair trip, in my local Sainsbury's and it has been a liberating experience a gaint step to be with my family and have freedom and independents my daughter Jane was able to get the wheelchair in and out of the car with no problems the whole experience with he LITE-TEC team was such a pleasure taking great care of us and upstanding our needs they took great care of us throughout the whole experience and I'm looking forward to many more adventures out .many thanks to all the team. Thankyou for supplying us with our electric wheelchair. The information and advice we received was extreamly helpful in us making a choice of what it was we needed out of the chair and how to start in using it. The delivery was prompt with no problems and the online videos and information will be a big help in the comming weeks ahead. Lith-tech provide excellent service and I happily recommend them.

Emailed Lith-Tech with my Details received a phone call the next day from Paul, talked me through my requirements. What I ACTUALLY needed and what I didn't need.
Paul was extremely knowledgeable and his advice was spot on.
I wanted a quality Electric Wheelchair (folding Airline approved for a trip to Venice by BA)
Plus safe first time user leg amputee but receiving a prostatic December 2025.
Notice I didn't order as I want it early 2026, Paul was ok with that.
Although I haven't ordered I will order from this firm because of the excellent response I received

Ordered late Thursday afternoon. Phone call Friday morning to acknowledge the order/check the chair model it was for. Advised it would arrive Monday, however, it arrived the day after.
Very prompt and efficient service.

The service here is fantastic, they really know what they are talking about and make sure that you are happy with your purchase. This is my second purchase from them and I would certainly return to them again if necessary. They are so friendly and helpful, do exactly what they say they will do And are very professional.

By far it was Paul's knowledge and attention to detail coupled with his patience and likeable nature that swung the sale. He took me out in the chair to teach me how to tackle kerbs and speed humps. I came home feeling like a pro.

After almost five yeas of using a rollator it was time to upgrade to a wheelchair, as mobility wae becoming more of a problem. Paul was very welcoming, my wife and I spent roughly two hours on trying out the wheelchair indoors and outside, it became quite fun in the end.thank-you. Whilst Paul carried on with the paperwork and financial side of things one of his work colleagues had the wheelchair ready to go after some spec changes. Well done to all.
