We were in a difficult position trying to remortgage on a buy to let for our property in the UK but living and working in Peru and getting paid in dollars not sterling, with payslips in Spanish etc, plus having to put up with our five hour time difference. Raja and Liam were honest and up front about the timescales and likelihood of being accepted for the mortgage, These guys went above and beyond for us and managed to get us out of a tricky situation with a reasonable level of fees. To be fair it was actually a pretty stress free process which was a real surprise. The application was straight forward and not too onerous, would recommend for anyone in a similar position looking for expat mortgages while overseas. Thank you both for all your hard work.
