POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

I purchased two parts for my GX 470. One was a steering rack assembly, and the other was CV axles. Everything seemed fine upon installation, but after a drive test we found out the steering rack was faulty and internally bent, causing it to never hold alignment and can’t turn left all the way. Filed an RMA request to warranty the item through Lexus parts now on January 7, 2026. It is now March 24th and Lexus parts now has still not warranted the item. I have called them over 60 times and messaged them via their chat through the RMA process dozens of times. They ask me the same questions over and over again and keep telling me they submitted the claim to “ upper management” with nothing ever getting done. If you’re getting a throwaway part, you don’t necessarily care about replacing they might be an OK vendor to buy from but if you are buying a part that you would want to warranty if it fails, stay away. They are not transparent in their process and give you no information on timelines or what the process entails to Warranty their part. Also, when I took the Lexus to the dealership for them to provide proof, the part failed (mandatory for the RMA process), the Lexus dealership told me it was not a Lexus part so that is very concerning.

Don’t order parts from Lexus outlet! Tried to purchase a front end license plate holder, they sent me the wrong piece and wouldn’t respond to the emails. We didn’t know it was the wrong piece until we took it the dealership and they told us the bracket was for a spare tire. Lexus is a high end brand…very disappointed to have this experience.

If I could leave 0 stars i would, they sent me a defective fuel pressure sensor and would not exchange or refund the defective part without taking the vehicle to get diagnosed. The cost of a diagnostic fee would cost as much as the part itself! I spoke to their customer service and they are a joke, the supervisor Nancy would not do anything to make it right. I will not be doing business with this company, save yourself a headache when they mess up because they won't do a thing for you.

Update: They reached out to me to ask me to take down my review. That does not resolve the issue. Do not do business with them!
