I’ve ordered two lovely watercolour paintings of houses for my mum and my best friend, and Letterfest were ridiculously easy to deal with.

Superb customer relations, the paintings arrived exactly on time, and my two recipients had tears in their eyes when they opened them. They’re a beautifully presented, highly personalised gift from a lovely company.

A fabulous company with very unique beautiful gifts - I had a few friends all with significant wedding anniversaries this year - the plant pot - 25 years in love with their names carved in it was a perfect useful gift. I contacted Letterfest to see if I could also get one with 30 years on it (for another couple) and it was no problem to them as all hand done. The delivery was support quick and all packaged well. If you are looking a gift I would def recommend checking them out 5 stars all round

What a fantastic choice of wedding gift, loved by the couple. The plant pot engraved with the date and names of the couple was so unusual and very special. It arrived within the time frame, which was remarkable given the personalisation, and was securely packaged. I will absolutely buy again.

I ordered a framed sketch of our home as a gift for my wife. She loved it and it hangs proudly in our hallway. Family and friends always comment on it, asking where we got it from. I ordered a picture of the Temple of Apollo in Stourhead, where my son and daughter in law were married last year. It was easy to order and Letterfest responded quickly. I was shown a preview of my drawing and requested additional flower arrangements from a photo I sent them. They added these. We were very pleased with the quality of the completed picture and my son and daughter in law were thrilled with the memento of their special day.

I received a Letterfest gift when I got married and loved it. It was a personalised framed picture of our wedding venue. Since then I have ordered bigger versions for both my daughter and my sister as gifts when they got married and they have both loved them too.

Your customer service is second to none. I ordered two personalised flowerpots for special birthdays. There was an error in how it was engraved. It was sorted immediately and with no fuss.

I ordered from here as a shot in the dark, not sure how it was going to turn out and then I received a proof of what my framed picture will look like really quickly and once approved I got it very quickly...I fell instantly in love with it and ordered two more and have them on display in my babies room (they were of us with her and as a family) everyone who sees them are obsessed with them and ask where we got them! They look so elegant and absolutely stunning. I will definitely be getting more made for the house. It is so worth the money which is not the case with many places
