Letterfest Recensioni

Last year I ordered an engraved plant pot for my wife’s birthday. The ordering process was simple and the pot arrived on time. The present was well received and so I ordered another this year. Again the process was smooth and quick and the pot very nice.

I bought a personalised plant pot for a friend’s 80th birthday. She was delighted with it. It was made from really good quality terracotta. It was extremely well packaged and was delivered on time and with care.
The communication from the team was excellent… lots of updates on the processing and delivery.
I would very happily buy from this small independent company again

Have bought twice from Letterfest, both as gifts. We were happy with both, and as far as I know so are the recipients. Only problem was first gift was broken on delivery, but - after photo evidence to prove we weren't trying to get 2 for the price of 1, quite reasonably - it was replaced without a quibble. The fact I've returned shows I was happy; will use again at a suitable opportunity.

From ordering through to delivery everything ran smoothly and easily
I have ordered four times now from letterfest that is how much I have trusted them. Two items where the drawings / watercolour one of my cat and the other of my dog, both beautiful , just exactly like the photo I sent to them
The other two where landscapes , one of the fiords the other of the sun setting in majorca both taken from photos sent , on one I wanted the colour a bit more intense, no bother it was corrected and the preview sent via my phone to check it out until I was satisfied
All four pictures now hang on my wall and honestly admired all the time They are beautiful and I am next going to order one of our puppy
I would highly recommend

I have created such special gifts for friends & family through Letterfest, the process and delivery was very easy and satisfactory and the gifts turned out great! Highly recommended.

The book came out great, made an excellent gift. Customer service throughout was 5⭐️

speedy delivery (which was welcomed after leaving it last minute to buy a wedding present!) and so pleased with the beautiful picture, as were the bride and groom. Thank you !

really beautiful output and will certainly buy again!

I love the picture I bought from Letterfest. I uploaded a photo of my dog on a walk in the Lake District and the first illustration that came back to proof was almost perfect. I asked for a couple of tweaks which were actioned quickly, and was so happy with the final product. I wish I could add a photo of it to this review! I highly recommend them, particularly the ‘Our Happy Place’ option.

I was delighted to find a lovely selection of gift ideas on Letterfest for a friend’s 80th birthday. The engraved plant pot was a perfect gift along with a rose we had purchased for her. The ordering process was simple and delivery prompt. The terracotta pot was beautifully packaged. I would thoroughly recommend using this company.

I have ordered multiple items from Letterfest, they’re great, quick service, attentive customer service and really nice products! Would highly recommend as a gift or a personalised item for yourself!

Ordered a plant pot with a personalized inscription in it for a friend's 'big' birthday.
It arrived well packaged and in the time frame.
The inscription was as asked for and was lovely.
The pot itself was good quality.
A good price point for all the above too.

My friend absolutely loved it and it made her birthday extra special.

Would recommend for any special occasions, birthdays, weddings, christenings.
Gorgeous practical keepsakes

Would highly recommend this company - service and quality of the product is great. I ordered a print of our 2 pet dogs - sent a photo and the black and white sketch arrived. It’s hung on the wall in a frame and I love it. Fair price point too.

I’ve ordered several personalised pots ( think ALL my friends now have one)

I’m now moving onto other items as just love this company
