Disappointed with delivery as I need it for today !

Swift despatch and item exactly as advertised , very happy with it.

I have to admit I wasn't the greatest customer. I waited 10 months to use the gift. I complained about the first 3 or 4 examples, said it looked A.I. etc. They were very patient and what they sent is BEAUTIFUL!
Note: Please look at sample photos on a computer or laptop screen. Your phone will not do it justice.

I have ordered from this company twice now and between my orders that were 3 yrs apart, the professionalism and attention has not wavered and is spot on. So happy with my gifts. They follow you through the process and when you are happy with the results, thats when production starts. You will not be disappointed.

I have used Letterfest before but not for some years. My order was dealt with quickly and efficiently and met every expectation.

I found the whole experience super easy and fast! I was surprised how quickly it got done after ordering and I was sent a proof to review the next day! Once I gave feedback, they improved it and sent it back just as fast. The whole process was great. Whilst I wish it wasn’t so expensive, I understand if you’re paying for someone’s time and effort. My husband loved the Daddy and Me picture I had done and our som looks at it and tells me it’s daddy and him. So it must have a decent resemblance for him to recognise!

What a wonderful company. Not only was the personalized book I received of high quality, good study hardback cover with lovely quality pages, it also arrived quickly. Also, I made a mistake my end which Letterfest rectified, which they didn’t have to do.
I was kept informed all the way along. I know my grandson and his parents will love the book and I plan to buy more in the future.

Friends lost their best friend pup and after searching for a meaningful gift I found Letterfest’s sympathy pebbles. I had a large pebble engraved and it arrived in a very timely manner professionally packaged and my friends were so moved by the gesture and this beautifully crafted gift. They sent photos of the pebble and I was impressed with its elegance and presentation. I did have a glitch with the address when placing order but it was efficiently taken care of by Letterfest through one simple email. I appreciate this kind of responsiveness and true artistry. Five stars for letterfest! The personalised teacher book we ordered exceeded our expectations. The illustrations are gorgeous, the quality is superb, and it made the perfect end-of-term gift. Lovely bespoke gifts that make ideal presents. I have used Letterfets over the years to give hand-drawn pictures of houses, wedding venues and pets as well as engraved large pebbles and inscribed plant pots. Unique and always well-received.

I purchased two pebbles as a tribute to two Tabby sisters that we had the honour of sharing the lives of, so alike in many ways yet concurrently so distinctly individual.

Once the pebbles arrived, plastic-free yet well protected and in a condition akin to being picked up from where they were finished, I was so impressed with how professional and so personal they looked, with each paw print, name and date on the reverse immaculate. There are, as to be expected, natural imperfections in the pebbles but that only serves to reaffirm that they are a natural material and have not been produced in a nameless factory. It adds character to the items and makes them truly unique which is apt for who they were brought to remember.

They now call a corner of the garden home along with those they pay homage to and other mementos, and they contribute greatly to it being such a lovely place to sit and think of happy times that we shared.

I can't thank Letterfest enough and I would have no hesitation about purchasing from this so evidently personal, customer-focused company again

I ordered 13 memorial stones with paw print and names of my past dogs for a memorial garden. Letterfest created custom stones with beautiful carved names into the stones. They were precision cut and turned out beautifully. Letterfest has provided a fantastic memorial for my departed dogs.
