Letterfest Recensioni

These are so affordable for a very special gift. I bought 2 - 1 for my sister as a house warming gift. She says she will put herbs in. The other for a husband and wife’s joint birthday. They all especially loved the personal message on the pot. They were sent direct to their houses. Arrived in sturdy all recyclable packaging in perfect condition. The team at Letterfest are real people who answered a question fully and quickly. They are a great gift and I am trying to think of more opportunities to use this brilliant gift.

Definitely recommend. The end product was beautiful (more personal than a framed photo), the ordering/design process was simple, and the turn around time was quick. I will 100% order further prints in the future

Beautiful products love them

I absolutely love my artwork, it arrived quickly and the proof was very accurate and put my mind at ease that it would turn out as I had imagined. Would absolutely recommend

The very quick responses, the ability to solve problems from my end and the kindness shown. Delivery incredibly fast.

Appalling. Order a print for a gift, arrived bent and damaged and the solution was to "pop" it I'm a frame and see what it's like...or I can have 25% back - neither are acceptable. Would never use again

Excellent service and very happy with the product

I was very excited for this order. I ordered a personalised book as a fathers day present from our 6month old. The parcel arrived and was damaged. The book was in a plastic wrap and some cardboard, thats it. Poorly wrapped. I cant believe I paid $65 for this product to be damaged. Really dissapointing. Otherwise I have no issues with the quality. But value for money to receive a gift not 100% is not acceptable.

I purchased a memorial dog stone for over $60 from Letterfest and I am extremely disappointed. The rock size is fine, but I can barely read the engraving as it's too light in color and the size of the font is ridiculously small considering the size of the stone, and so is the paw print. Obviously, I have to keep it as it's a gift, but I am embarrassed to give it. Not worth the money!!!

Great product
Easy ordering process, good order tracking and speedy delivery.
Thank you for a great service 👍

Fantastic plant pot, as described & personalised. Fast delivery too.

Recently placed an order for a 1st Birthday Story book and received it today. I have to say I am extremely happy with the quality of the book and how quickly the item arrived. I would highly recommend Letterfest and I was kept informed by email of every stage of my order. Delivery was via Royal Mail and I was able to track my order if I so wished to do so as I was provided with a tracking number. Excellent customer service skills from Letterfest. Thank you!

Great product and even better customer service.

Looks almost exactly like my dog that passed on the 4th and it's really beautiful but her eye colour are the wrong way

This book Is beautifully Illustrated and written .. perfect for bed time stories to my Grandchildren

Ordering my watercolor drawing could not have been any easier. The proof turnaround was quicker than I expected and once it was approved it shipped so quickly. Customer service was great. Sam in particular was so helpful. And the finished product was beautiful. I sent it to a friend who was over the moon for it. Thank you so much.

Beautiful product, excellent service

Purchased a gift for a client. A framed sketch of their previous home. They loved it. The whole process was very easy!

We received a present for our Golden Wedding Anniversary which had a mistake on it and the company were excellent at sorting it out for us quickly and were very apologetic too.
We would recommend them.
