I ordered a drawing of the main building where my niece earned her bachelor's and the main building where she earned her MBA side by side as a gift for her MBA graduation. I added a touching quote as well. She loved it! Everyone loved it and it turned out great. Letterfest was fast and efficient and allow you to even approve the proof before it is made. Great gift idea that someone can carry with them forever.

Beautifully rendered art! Gave to my wife for Christmas and she was overjoyed! Small business that really does a fantastic job. 10/10!

The item was very nice and just what I wanted. The quality was great!

I was looking for a unique gift for both a wedding and my Dad's 89th birthday. The picture of the wedding venue was so nice. Turned out so pretty - better than I actually expected. And, my Dad's birthday gift was taken from an old 1950's photo and brought back so many great memories for him and my Mom. It is displayed on a shelf in the kitchen where they can see it all day. I'm impressed with the details of the gifts and he awesome customer service and turn around time for getting the gift. Great company!!!

Letterfest's website is very user-friendly and I really like the wide assortment of customizable books. I also love their customer service. I made a mistake on a customized book and they responded to my "Uh oh" email quickly and reprinted the book for me (I just had to pay postage for the re-do) very fast. I love the finished product. I've ordered before and I'll order again!

I have ordered several portrait paintings from Letterfest to mark special occasions including Wedding Venues and New Homes - all of which have made very special gifts. Most recently I asked Letterfest to change an engagement photo into a watercolour of the lovely couple. They were so delighted with their present capturing the moment for them. I have always found Letterfest to offer an excellent and responsive service and it is always good to see the preview beforehand and ask for any changes you may wish before it is finalised to order. Thank you.

The item arrived when expected and looked exactly like the picture on the website. Bought a terracotta plant pot with engraving on it for my Dad's 80th birthday. He was very happy to receive it.

Easy to navigate the site and item was delivered promptly . I ordered a personalised planter with seeds and compost for my friends 50th and she loved it.

I received a gift for a big birthday via Letterfest. The gift was unique and career packaged. It certainly led me to order a similar gift for a friend and it was made even better with a discount code. However, the gifts are well worth it and not overly expensive which is itself unique. I’ll certainly order again and recommend yuh checking it out.

I ordered a watercolour copy of a photograph for a friends 60th.
The team were very helpful as I requested a different background from those offered.
When it arrived, unfortunately the glass had smashed, the team responded immediately and sent me a whole new picture.
I was extremely happy with the work and the customer care,my friend was delighted with his gift.

My item looked great but more importantly, Letterfest was really responsive when my delivery went wrong. UPS tracking said the item was delivered when it was not (or at least not to me!) and when I contacted Letterfest, they got back to me quickly and sent me a replacement right away!

I needed a 9 year wedding anniversary (pottery) and was completely out of ideas and running out of time, then I spotted this company on line and bingo they provided me with the perfect gift that my wife loved 😍 great price, service, communication and delivered on time.
