Tommy and George were amazingly efficient loading our furniture and belongings and made our move from London as stress free as possible - nothing was too much trouble for them. The team (Tommy, George, Jack and young Jamie) then went above and beyond off -loading on the Isle of Wight working around the delays with us getting the keys to our new home which meant they were working late into the evening (no complaints from any of the team). The whole team were so pleasant to have around and professional at all times. Tommy was amazing and also made sure furniture (bed and a sofa) were all put together in quick time and plumbed in washing machine for us. They all worked so hard to ensure we were settled in safely. We would definitely recommend Lee Atkins Removals without hesitation!

A Huge thank you to Tommy and Ben. Yesterday was the final hurdle in an extremely long and arduous house move for my in laws who moved from the Isle of Wight to Lancashire. Tommy and Ben after an extremely long journey and then a big wait in their vehicles for access to the new house were more concerned with the welfare of my in laws than themselves and the fact that a 3pm return ferry had turned into a midnight one. Tommy had even bought a bunch of flowers for my mother in law after the day she had had. They wouldn't let anyone help with any heavy lifting and they emptied the wagons super efficiently whilst taking great care of all the families possessions ascertaining what rooms each item needed to be in. They communicated well throughout the day with the customers to allay their concerns and were really friendly. Packing up in the Isle of Wight was a smooth process but it was yesterday that the customer service provided by them shone. An incredibly tough day would have been unbearable without your efforts. Thank you. You guys are a credit to the company. We hope you made the midnight ferry!

The removals team were ready and waiting on pack up day. They were all very polite and made moving stress free. Unloading at the other end was also very stress free. We have a tight driveway and caused some problems with getting a van stuck. Everyone was very understanding and polite. I would recommend them.

Neighbour used this unprofessional company to move from Surrey to Isle of Wight this last week. She had to book them at the last minute and now we understand why they
were available when 7 others weren't-poor professional conduct.
Firstly we allowed them to use our driveway for easy access to the back of neighbours garden and garage -it made their job much easier. They drove the van into a hanging basket and bent the bracket -no apology, just some swearing while they removed the hanging basket (and didn't put it back afterwards). Nor did they thank us for this courtesy.
Whilst parked on OUR driveway I was in my garden, feeding chickens & encouraging my dog to toilet. A group of them thought it would be great fun to sarcastically imitate my voice, issue different instructions to my dog (only rescued 2 months ago and we're still dealing with issues including fear of men) and generally take the mickey out of me. I felt intimidated and uncomfortable. I wish I had been brave enough to confront them about their behaviour but why should I when we had been nothing but accommodating and nice to them?
Whilst I wasn't their client that is no excuse for their poor unprofessional behaviour to me.
Once the management became aware of my dissatisfaction they responded that it had taken a month to bring it to thier attention when in fact it had taken 4 days, that the staff hadn't intended to intimidate me; what other possible interpretation can be based on a group of men cat-calling a lone woman? And finally that they had hundreds of great reviews; at time of writing they have 70 on this site and 24 (4, mostly similar, have mysteriously appeared in the space of one day) on google totalling 94- not all of them positive.
I was disappointed at the staff behaviour, but am angry at the management for dismissing it so cavalierly and lying, both over the date of the incident and thier supposed happy customer base, in their public response.
On these grounds I would caution against hiring them.

Thomas & Nathan did a sterling job of taking our entire home (including plants) into storage before our IoW home is ready.
It was a 2 Day job & I have mobility problems, so couldn't help much & indeed probably got in the way, but nobody minded & indeed went out of their way to reassure me.
Both men were Covid-19 aware & wore face masks throughout; they were both very respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, diligent, humorous, tidy & extremely thorough.
Nothing was too much trouble for the guys & they took a lot of stress away from us.
'Lee Atkins' weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive, but were certainly the best choice for us.
We can't thank them enough for their professionalism & friendliness.
Would heartily recommend 'Lee Atkins' to move you, whether to or from IoW.
I hope the same guys are available to move us into our new IoW home from storage.

Recently used Lee Atkins removals for our house move, seriously couldn't recommend them enough..friendly and helpful straight of from coming and quoting..Good price and the lads that carried out our move where amazing, Tommy Nath and Jamie were professional, friendly and extremely considerate..in the past we have always moved ourselves but due to a back injury this was not possible but these 3 fellas really took so much care with all of our belongings and really made the day so less stressful..we couldn't recommend them enough. Not that we ever plan to move but if we did we wouldn't hesitate in using them again.

Lee Atkins were recommended by friends.They did not let us down. Arrived punctually and very covid aware.
they had to move two adjoining properties on the iow to Swindon this was done over 2 days and I cannot fault these guys with their speed and efficiency. They had great difficulty reaching our new property but did it with the excellent service.I would use this removal firm again.thoroughly proficient in all they have done.

This is the second time we’ve used lee Atkins removals and once again they didn’t disappoint. Arrived on time and were very covid aware. The team, consisting of Tommy, Nathan and Ben worked extremely hard, listened to our needs and followed our instructions.
Also was the cheapest quote we got so that’s always a bonus.
Would use again if necessary.

I hired the company on recommendation from my parents who used them last year and said how great the team were. Well she was not wrong, from start to finish Tommy and Nathan absolutely smashed it! With extremely quick service and careful handling of boxes, they moved me in a matter of hours. Nothing was too much hassle for them and they were both keen to help. Fantastic company! From the start nothing was too much trouble. My moving date was changed at very short notice yet they juggled things around to oblige. On the day the men were superb. Nothing was too much trouble. Despite the hard work they were pleasant and helpful and extremely careful with everything. Highly recommended!

Happy to recommend. Busy time for removal firms but they were very helpful squeezing me in. And on removal day Jamie and the team were prompt and courteous in loading my items.

Wow....what can I say. During a stressful time of moving house the Lee Atkins team Tommy and Lawrence made it a breeze and positive experience.
The guys were polite, punctual, friendly and very efficient. Communication was great and the whole experience was done with smile of all involved throughout the day.
