It has been days since they said they would give me a coupon code. I ordered according to their sizing chart and measured myself multiple times, and the lederhosen had no chance of even pulling up past my knees. That is after I sized up to make sure I would have room. I wanted to exchange for a new size and they initially were helpful until they wanted this review. I have not heard anything since and do not think I will ever get my exchange or refund.

Contacted customer service to resolve a sizing issue and they responded quickly with some options to resolve the issue.

Ordering from the Lederhosen Store is easy and when i did need help their represetitive was prompt , courteous and was very helpful.
The Lederhosen were much higher quality than expected. I will certainly use them again

I had ordered the wrong size of lederhosen and reached out to see if I could do an exchange they were very quick to respond and let me exchange. The material of the lederhosen felt great and I think it was a good deal for the price.

I found the Lederhosen Store on line and honestly had low expectations for quality due to the very reasonable price. Wow, were my expectations exceeded. Excellent quality. Excellent customer service. Just excellent!

I need to make a return and at first I was getting return emails almost immediately. I was offered a coupon to negate price along with $6 to write a review. I did the positive review because service was outstanding and now nothing but crickets. I can't get a response from anyone and have no idea how to return my item or replace it. Very disappointing

The new twist for these people, they asked you to submit a refund request form. The problem is the form goes to a different website or Company. You will never get a refund.
Also their phone number doesn't work either.

I had ordered the wrong size of lederhosen and reached out to see if I could do an exchange in time to get them for a celebration we were having. They were very nice and helpful and went out of their way to get me the right size in time for the party. Would definitely recommend!

The quality of the product received was excellent. The company worked with me to provide a solution when the size I ordered was not fitting properly. I appreciate the quick and responsive help provided by the Lederhosen store!

my lederhosen that I bought for Oktoberfest which I will be wearing next weekend this week. I had put them on and I’m just wearing them in the evenings around the house to try to get them broke and so far, I have had one of the buttons for the shoulder straps come off and I’ve noticed that there are two holes that are starting to wear through that. I guess was there that you could not see when I first looked him over and scratch Mark around the pocket area so I’m trying to see what we can do about this and obviously it’s too late for an exchange, leaving for my flight tomorrow. Unfortunately, I can’t add pictures to this review

After submitting this review at their request, it was radio silence for several days. They finally sent a discount code for an exchange, but at this point, it's too late to get new items in time. I have requested instructions and an address for a return, but have had no response. Now the return deadline is coming up.

The bundhosen and shirts I ordered were far too small in the thighs and arms (my fault not theirs), but the quality of the bundhosen and white shirt I recieved was outstanding. The checkered shirt that came free with the bundhosen was very stiff and cheap. Almost felt like plastic.
The customer service folks dealing with my return were friendly, understanding, and extremely helpful until my review was posted. I will be no longer be placing a new order for the correct size anymore due to time constraints and their failure to communicate.

So I ordered then started reading all the reviews. I honestly thought I just wasted my money. I thought the good reviews were most likely generated by the company itself. Its been exactly 1 week and my shipment showed up today. Yes I sent several unanswered emails including 1 today, so as far as this company being quick to respond.... doesn't happen. However my lederhosen is perfect in every respect. The shirt I ordered is too small and I ordered 1 size larger then normal wear. Lets see how the returns go. I'm happy to say I am about to reorder my shirt. Let you know how it goes. Only negative is the slow or no response.

I ordered Lederhosen on Friday night after regular business hours. The website says to allow two business weeks to ship. I received my order Tuesday late afternoon. Less than two full business days later.

I did have a sizing issue. I followed the sizing guide, but what I received was pretty snug. I am a muscular guy so leg fits can be troublesome for me.

I emailed the store and they got back to me within a day regarding an item switch. They got this handled in under 24 hours. I haven't received the new package yet, but I'm blown away by the speed at which they handle things. Highly recommend.

Also as an important side note, the material quality is insanely good. Very thick and durable.

I chose this company as they listed a Canadian address in Edmonton. Ordered Lederhosen and a dirndl, prices were fair, 10% more off when you order 2 pieces, bonus. I made sure to measure both of us, lederhosen fit well, a little stiff at first but they will wear in. The dirndl was not a good fit, too large. Quality or both pieces was nice, lederhosen was as expected of German quality. Only strange part is it shipped from Pakistan. I have started the exchange program so we will see how that works out.......

Well the exchange program is very different from a normal exchange of paying shipping for the new item and returning the old. Instead they send you a discount code to apply to your purchase and you pay the difference…… but you keep the first item you wanted to exchange. I bit the bullet and placed my exchange order September 24th and have not heard if it has shipped or anything.

Final thoughts, if you know it is going to fit you and will not need an exchange or return it’s a good place. If you want the ability to return or exchange go somewhere else.

Beware of this company! Returns are super expensive!

They ship from Pakistan and sizes are definitely not right. I am a male, size 34, own many different pants that all fit well at size 34, this one is definitely too small.

The problem arises when trying to return or exchange. You have to pay for the shipping, back to Pakistan, which can cost as much as 50$. Then, you have to pay for shipping to receive the correct size again...

This is not right, and in my case, almost doubles my price.

Perfect for our Oktoberfest trip! The shipping was fast and customer service was very quick to respond when we needed to exchange a size. Very impressed!

Service has been very quick so far. I placed an order for oktoberfest gear on Sunday and it was delivered by Thursday! I used my measurements to follow the size chart, but found that my dirndl was still a bit too large. It fits very long (I am pretty short) which impacted the fit. I placed a request for a size exchange and the communication has been quick so far. The vendor has communicated a willingness to help me exchange for my without paying extra for return shipping. I'll update my review once I have completed my exchange.

Update 9/27: I received the smaller size in the dirndl after only a few days. The size chart is very inaccurate and it still too big despite having been measured multiple times to make sure it fit properly this second time. For reference I had the measurements for a size 18 but the size 16 is too big. I could have done a size 14. At this point it's too late to exchange again, and I still haven't heard back from the seller about how to return the original dirndl. I reached out via email and filled out a return request which said would take a few hours to hear back but it's been a few days. I was told the quickest way to exchange would be to purchase a new one with a coupon code to discount the return shipping and then return the other one. Without being able to return the original, I have now paid for 2 dirndls...

I ordered the wrong size and the folks at the lederhosen store were quick and responsive in finding a solution to get me the right size of lederhosen. The product I received was of good quality leather.

Great quality materials. Soft leather. Packaged well. Ordered on a Monday and by the end of the week I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation. Contacted them using Facebook messenger and got immediate replies. They gave me tracking and the package showed up 3 days earlier than expected. Ordered several lederhosen and bundhosen. Nice thick leather, wear it before your event to break them in a bit. Highly recommend.
