I placed an order with Lederhosen Store on September 10 because I needed the clothing for an upcoming trip to Europe and Oktoberfest. The order showed an expected delivery date of September 17.

The order never arrived. After the expected delivery date had passed and I had already left for my trip, the company cancelled the order for me.

Despite the fact that I never received the merchandise, they are still withholding 20% of my payment as a fee.

I do not believe this is reasonable. I am not returning merchandise, and I did not simply change my mind after receiving the order. The order was never delivered to me, the expected delivery timeframe was missed, and the company ultimately cancelled it.

I have screenshots showing the order date, expected delivery date, tracking status, and correspondence regarding the cancellation and refund.

Based on my experience, I would be very cautious ordering from this company, especially if you need your order by a specific date.

This was some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. I ordered a dirndl in August. For over a week, tracking showed only a printed label, and my request for an update got no answer. The dress arrived a couple of days after tracking said it was delivered.
When I asked to return it, Eva G. from their Customer Care Department sent one-liners like "Ok, thank you" that didn't address anything I asked. When I asked again for a refund, Eva scolded me for writing to them: "Why are us ending the refund email again and again." No apology, no return address, no instructions. Just brushed off.
I had to escalate and may need to dispute the charge with my card company. If anything goes wrong with your order, don't expect help. Spend your money somewhere that treats customers with basic respect. I’m still trying to give them the opportunity to make it right, I hope I make some progress. Review will be updated as we see..

Great prices, pretty solid quality and prompt shipping. I had an issue with the seam of my lederhosen splitting after my first wear. I contacted their customer service and received a reply in less than 24 hours. Sent them a photo of the damage and they promptly sent a no cost replacement to me via express shipping. Exceptional customer service and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

I had a sizing issue with the two dirndls ordered. It took some time to get a response, but in the end Customer Service came through and offered to send me a different size. So I am happy with how they helped me.

If you’re looking for high quality lederhosen with higher quality customer service the Lederhosen Store is the place for you. When I had questions about my order, their customer service team responded immediately. When I tried on my lederhosen the first time, it felt like I was in Bavaria. I would definitely recommend to others.

I purchased bundhosen, Socks and a shirt from Lederhosen Store and was quite impressed with the quality of the product. I specifically wanted deer leather and I did take the advice of sizing up from what one would wear in jeans, (leather is not going to give). Again the workmanship of all items were very good and in addition the customer support was great. Originally the suspenders were missing but when notified, they were quick to respond. I could also tell by the email exchange I was communicating with an actual human.

This company sells the cheapest, almost costume-quality items, and there's no telling from where they were made. Everything is polyester and definitely doesn't look like the pictures. I ordered 4 dirndls (I perform in a German polka band and so they need to be authentic) and the deal was too good to be true, and I was dumb enough to fall for it. A zipper broke as soon as I took it out of the bag, and a blouse had a clasp that also broke immediately. I hadn't even tried them on. Nothing is lined, and even the colors were not right. All 4 items had something seriously wrong with it. The company only offered me a partial refund, even on the damaged items, and I had to show several pictures just to get that. The email back and forth was really frustrating, with them telling me they need pictures in reply to an email that literally already had the pictures in it. They don't take returns, and it's because everyone would return once they found out how bad these things are. I've sold them now on eBay for a fraction of what I paid, even after the refund, and am frankly embarrassed by the quality but I was a lot more honest in my description than they were. Plus, I had to pay a fee just to have it delivered to my house even after it was shipped (a tariff, I believe, which I did not foresee and I wish I had denied it and had the whole thing sent back). They also offered me 10% more in refund if I would leave a positive review (which I declined), and so I'm guessing that's the only reason there are positive reviews. Do NOT buy from this place.

Shipping is really fast. Customer service is responsive.

I was thrilled with the original pair of lederhosen that I purchased. Loved the design, quality and overall look. However, the sizing was wildly inaccurate and the original item was way too big for my needs.

I contacted their customer service team and Eva was wonderful to work with but the return process was not very easy and the ability to simply swap/ exchange for another size required several days to resolve by email (which occured in the middle of the night). Eventually I was given a discount code to purchase another set at a significantly reduced price and was also given an additional free checkered shirt. Sadly they no longer had my original design in stock and I had to settle for another option. All-in-all this was cheaper than trying to get the original item tailored, but still resulted in having to spend more money for another pair of lederhosen plus shipping.

I am grateful for the support I received and that I was able to find a resolution before the Oktoberfest season.

Number 1 Excellent customer service. I value that above all else. I mistakenly filled out an incomplete address. I contacted them and asked them to correct. Someone responded right away and took care of it.

I needed an authentic Oktoberfest outfit for my wife and me and found the perfect outfits at the Lederhosen Store. I emailed to find out where my shipment was, and the customer service team was excellent. I received my package in 5 biz days. Now I just need to figure out how to put it on :-)

I am happy with my experience purchasing from the Lederhosen Store and the high quality (well-made, authentic, and crafted from real materials) of the clothing that were received within the stated time. I highly recommend this store.

The lederhosen I ordered was very high quality (I feared it would be flimsy or cheap). The leather was soft but substantial, the linings were well stitched and throughout the garment and the embroidery detail quality was exquisite. I'm tough to fit and ordered a size too tight. I worked with the customer service/return team and we got it right and I was very happy with the responsiveness and resolution. The time from order placement to delivery was prompt. I can't wait to actually wear them come Oktoberfest season!

I ordered a pair of lederhosen and used their size chart. Well I received the lederhosen and they were just a little big. Other than that they were beautiful and the leather was soft and comfy. Anyway I reached out to the company and they handled my return very nicely. I am satisfied with the quality of the item and their fast attentive service and shipping. When I need something else they will be my first stop.
