Decent quality kilt shame their customer service wasn’t as good. Returned the kilt I ordered with proof of postage and proof of delivery and still not had the refund and not likely to get it neither as they are ignoring emails and other communications. Stay away from these lot of scammers

Buyer beware!!!!
Item arrived a week later than expected. Returned item following merchants return policy (photographic evidence of return being received by merchant). No refund has been issued despite numerous requests! Merchant has ignored all correspondence!!Merchant now has both the returned items and my money!!!!!

Ordered on 10th August.

Today is 1st September.

And guess what?

IT STILL HASN’T ARRIVED. 😂

Apparently, I’ve now been given 2nd September as the delivery date, which will make it a rather impressive 23 days from ordering to delivery assuming, of course, it actually turns up tomorrow.

Twenty-three days.

I could have shot the rabbit, skinned it, made a sporran, worn it to the Highland Games and probably had it looking well travelled before this parcel has managed to arrive. 🐇😂

I’ve had to contact the company myself via WhatsApp just to find out what’s happening. Communication seems to operate on roughly the same timescale as the delivery slow, delayed and requiring considerable effort from the customer to get any information.

Honestly, I’m beginning to think the delivery driver is making his way here using Google Maps on a Nokia 3310, stopping for directions every 50 yards.

If you need something quickly, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE.

If you’re happy to wait 23 days, chase your own order and spend half your life wondering whether your parcel actually exists, then this is definitely the company for you.

Should have just gone to the local shop.

I’d have had the item weeks ago, rather than still sitting here waiting for a delivery that apparently requires more planning than a military operation.

At this stage, if it actually turns up tomorrow, I won’t be opening the parcel I’ll be checking it for historical significance.

Absolutely shocking service from start to finish.

Never again. I’d rather pay more and get something from a company that actually remembers it has customers. 😂

Ordered the full Kilt set and a tie, the order was meant to include 7 items. The order was set to dispatched 2 weeks ago, the kilt arrived today (2 weeks later) and almost all of the order was missing. Two items have been sent. The company never seems to reply to emails as I have messaged them several times with zero reply. Kilt seems like decent quality but I would definitely avoid due to only 2 out of 7 items being delivered and the company not responding to any emails.

Bought a full kilt set from this bunch of robbing bandits. Dispatched incorrect waistcoat, sent them an email which they replied too asking for it to be returned and they would send the correct one. Returned it to the address provided at our cost, proof of delivery obtained, photo of the item delivered. Then nothing. Multiple emails unanswered, no waistcoat, Paypal want nothing to do with it as buyer protection only covers none delivery of the original item. Nearly £50 out of pocket. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Absolute crap quality . Shirt with.different length sleeves . Flaws throughout garment . Company contact is non existent. Won't answer web queries. Emails or telephone once they have your money .. avoid at all costs

Ordered a hat and utility kilt, double checked for delivery in time for a festival, was told no problem, paid express as asked n after that was a bit of a mare. Communication is a bit of a joke.
The hat arrived but no kilt, I was told both were out for delivery, then it was as if someone else jumped on the chat and was making out the chat never happened.
Was then told the kilt I picked wasn’t available, handy! They then sent me over what was available, as I was en route to the festival, picked a different tartan one, collected it from a friend down there and they had sent out a plain black one. Bit of a carry on.
The kilt is ok quality wise, just nothing like what I ordered.
The hat is pretty funky, could do with a couple of vent holes to let the heed breathe a bit.
The delivery of the hat was a bit poor, wrapped in bubble wrap and in a make shift box, the hat had a couple of marks on the top of it.
So yeah, could be better

The quality of the product is quite poor and the button are horrendous. Communication with the shop isn’t great and they take 10% when you get a refund which is crazy, even though I returned it within the 14 days.
I also had to pay for the return shipping myself.

Absolutely piece of shit company. Payed for exspress shipping but they sent it by standard saying "I should had told them first" I selected exapress shipping when I payed for the item its common sense i wanted it quickly, the customer service is ridiculous its supposed to be a "Scottish" website but its clearly ran by Pakistani people. The item i ordered isn't even theirs they dont make it they lie and scam people. I do not recommend this company at all!

Terrible experience - same company as Kilts Boutique.

Item is not good quality - sleeves are ridiculously short on a men’s merino wool jumper. Asked for refund and they have argued that I do not let them know the item was faulty within 48 hours of delivery, despite their terms saying 14 days to return if I’ve changed my mind. I’ve sent several emails stating the fact and I would like to return it; and now when I used official terminology about my rights they are not replying.

I shall be escalating this further.

This website is an absolute scam.
They have not even sent the item. I keep requesting updates and they say "This week" however this week comes and goes and it never arrives. I have requested a refund multiple times and they flat out refuse, saying that its on its way and it will be there shortly.
If you want any of their products, just reverse image search it. You will find it on Amazon or another website for half the price or more.
I had to go through my credit card company for a refund.

SCAM
Had to return item as size was off and not as the picture advertised.
I sent back straight away and requested a refund. They said via email they are sending another pair. They must be mind readers as I haven't said what size was needed. So reiterated I wanted a refund.
They are now ignoring all request from me asking for a refund since January!

I would avoid purchasing from this company. They add a 20% processing fee to all refunds which as far as I'm aware is illegal. I bought a jacket which I needed to return, which I did promptly and in perfect, unworn condition. They refused to refund the full amount, taking a 20% fee. Despite challenging them several times, they simply stated this is their 'policy'.

As per most of the other reviews, I would avoid this company at all costs. I ordered a shirt as per the sizing guide. The shirt material is a similar texture to cardboard. The sleeves are 6 inches longer than my arms. I requested a refund and Sidra Kunwal has now ignored my latest email.

This company is in Bradford!
I also ordered for Burns night but 10 days after ordering have still not received it. The Post Code it was sent from was Bradford .
Trying to get a refund.
Once you ask for a refund they stop answering all emails.
I am reporting this company to the Fraud Squad.
Sidra Kunwal was my contact & now refuses to answer emails.

I returned my jacket as it was extremely poor quality tried to get a return but I have not received my money back and have emailed the numerous times with no response

Beware. Pakistani rag outlet posing as traditional Tyrolean/Bavarian clothing store.

Do not buy from this company. Garments are of poor quality and their sizings are way off.

Also when you issue a refund through them, they take an inordinate amount time to respond and only refund you a partial amount. In my case it was 75% of the purchase price.
