My property is managed by Leaders and I would like to give the team a positive shout out for responding to any queries I have had.
In addition to this I would like to mention the prompt informing of the correct contractors who will carry out specific repairs on rented property. Thank you to Aimee Taylor who I have always liaised with since 2022.

My partner and I moved into our new home with our 2 young children a few weeks ago which has been a rollercoaster and a half. There were a few teething issues leading up to the move in and some other things cropping up since, but considering the difficult circumstances we have been faced with I am very happy with Leaders overall. Especially our property manager Lewis who's just been
so super patient and kind with myself through all the questions and "issues" I've contacted him about, and helping chase up anything we've needed or asked about getting sorted quickly. Super easy to get in touch with and provide a really neurodivergent friendly user interface where you can upload videos, pictures and report issues 24/7 that's easy to navigate through.
Looking forward to the next year and hopefully longer with them all.

Our experience with leader has always been good. But Lewis has been amazing. Literally the best property manager we had had. We been rently through leaders for 5 years. Has a fair few. But since having Lewis, he doesn't just listen to the problems. He get them solved and not put on a back burner. Since having him, we had more of voice and create a better relationship between us and the Landlord. He has us as tenants and landlord best interest. You're doing an amazing job!

Leaders have been very helpful and communicative throughout the process of moving house. Any and every little detail that I’ve needed addressing has been dealt with professionally. My property manager, Tierney, was extremely helpful and went the extra mile for things like picking up keys and delivering them to my work when I was unavailable to collect them in person. Highly recommend them.

I honestly wish I was able to give more than 5 stars. Aimee is our property manager for the last two years. I cannot thank her enough for her amazing help. Aimee always goes above and beyond and has been extremely professional and always quick to resolve any issues. It made our experience with leaders so smooth. Couldn't recommend this agency more, the level of customer care, from Aimee especially, is next to none. She is an absolute credit to the company.

All our BTL's were with Town and Country and we were pleased with their service. T&C was taken over by Leaders and during this transition and for some time after the service deteriorated and there were very many changes in personnel creating frustration and confusion. At the start of 2023 Aimee Taylor became our property manager and I'm pleased to report that she has done a great job and has been responsive and professional. It proves that a businesses success is all down to its people.
