Sue Carter has been amazing throughout the process of us moving, she was always in touch whenever we needed and kept us informed of everything happening throughout the chain. We can't thank her enough for taking some of the stress away from the whole experience.

I have been renting with Leaders for the past year now - they have a very responsive and extremely helpful property management team. Thank you in particular to our property manager Lewis Langdell for addressing all of our queries so promptly and professionally.

We rented a property in Worcester for 10 months from Leaders. It was the first time the property had been on the rental market through Leaders and to be honest it was pretty disgustingly dirty when we moved in and needed a damn good clean. We had various maintenance issues with the property that were resolved reasonably quickly once reported. Sadly we have had a little stress trying to get our deposit back from them due to a few deductions but nothing too major. What I would advise is you get everything dotted and crossed in writing from them because we asked for an additional couple of days to move out over a weekend and then got charged for them at the deposit refund stage after believing this had been waivered. Some of there staff weren't very helpful at all over the last 10 months however I must sing the praises of Lewis Langdell (Property Manager). I've been dealing with him the last few days and he is very punctual, polite and a credit to Leaders. If you're thinking of renting through the Worcester Branch I hope you get him as your point of contact because he is very professional and will definitely help you out.

I have always had a great experience with Leaders and recently with my property manager Thea Meek who has been really helpful resolving an issue.

Thea Meek in Property Management at the Worcester branch has been a breath of fresh air to work with. Promptly responding to all communication. She is so polite, thorough and gets things actioned for you.

Known Tierney for the last twelve months, I find her very approachable when dealing with any issues regarding landlords and tenants.
Always goes the extra mile to ensure both landlords and tenants remain happy.

I have rented via Leaders for 11 years now, so though I’ve seen a pretty regular turn over of staff! Finally having an excellent member to deal with like Tierney Sutton, who gets things sorted ASAP?! It makes being a tenant a hell of a lot easier; it has certainly restored my faith dealing with Tierney, as I know I’m really being listened to and not ignored 😁

Please stop trying to sell expensive bundle’s products to Landlords in an under hand way

Found out my annual boiler inspection had jumped from £90 to £150(plus vat) as a secret boiler service added

To this at any time is bad but not during current Cost of Living crisis. Ultimately poor tenants get costs passed down

To make matters worse just found out by chance from a local firm that Leaders that use that 15% commission added to landlord bill so as agency are double dipping on fees as also pay monthly % fee on the rent to manage these services

Come on Leaders now is not the time to pull these underhand tricks to your landlords and tenants ??

Sophie Conway is our property manager within Leaders.
Since we started dealing with Sophie, our experience has been excellent. This includes tenant situations and dealing with new Leaders systems.
Prior to dealing with Sophie we were considering moving away from Leaders. We have also had excellent experience with Jenna in lettings.

Thank you to Leaders for your continued support in particular Aimee Taylor who has been my day to day contact and Property Manager.

Our tenants moved out after four years and trashed the house in that time. It was off the scale filthy, wilfully damaged and stank to high heaven, with what looked like bodily fluid stains on the carpet. Leaders staff, who were involved, all admitted this could not have happened during lockdown, that it was historic. In fact the house had not been properly inspected over time. The house had to be deep cleaned, decorated and new carpet laid.
We asked the Worcester branch manager for compensation and we’re fobbed off for four months. Eventually we spoke to the regional manager based in Warrington who promised us £300 (a pittance)
compensation on February 2nd. Still waiting on March 8th……..
We feel so let down by everyone connected with Leaders. They certainly didn’t give us five star service!
