Our property manager is Tierney Sutton. She has a friendly and highly professional manner. She is very knowledgeable and has always been able to solve even the most difficult problems.

So after all the complaints about Leaders services, and all the promises and reassurance about doing better, what a valued customer I am, how they are so unhappy they have failed me on this "instance"... you guessed it, they have failed to pay the correct rent, again. Strangely enough, not feeling very valued or confident that they will get things right in the future. Will wait for the standard corporate apology on here and excuses why this has happened from the Worcester office.

She was very professional and patient and was always there to help us in case of any issues or help required.
She deserves more than a 5 star for all the assistance provided.

Where do I start! All they want is money money money money. Black mould was not ever sorted, they put my rent up every single year since I moved in (the latest amount being £70) when I explained how I can’t afford it and it would leave me out of packet the response was “make sure you pay your rent” we went without heating at all completely broke every single one for three years!! Left without a shower for two weeks (no water at all) was told if I don’t like the rental increase you can hand a notice in to leave. Phone was put down on me. Emails got ignored. They have no care at all for the tenant and will do anything possible to drain you out of money. Honestly don’t bother

Lewis at Leaders is very attentive and keeps me updated well with the number of issues we have experienced in the property. Sadly the same can't be said for everyone there but my dealings with Lewis have been a pleasure and he does install confidence that he will see any issues that arise through to a satisfactory resolution.

Lewis at Leaders worcester is simply the best. He has made my life so much my easier, consistently, quickly and cheerfully helping resolve any issues for my tenants or myself.
