Thea Meek is excellent at her job. Efficient and caring, she always looks to get things done quickly and keeps both tenants and landlords up-to-date with whatever is happening. I have no hesitation recommending her to others who are looking, either for good property management or for an agent helping secure a suitable place to live.

My experience with leaders of worcester has been pleasant, fast, and efficient, they have helped me with buying a property and also helped with my journey of becoming a landlord and managing my property, I would like to mention Natalie Mitchell there as she has been dealing with a lot of my stresses that I’ve been having, to keep it short I had somebody drive through the bedroom of a rental property that I have and she has gone to great lengths with my tenants and myself to get it resolved as quickly as she possibly can with the many issues she has faced along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again if I ever get the chance to have another property, which they can manage for me since they, especially Natalie hasn’t let me down with anything I have needed. 10/10 all around

Natalie Mitchell at Leaders is always incredibly helpful and quick to respond to any property issues that arise. She is professional, approachable, and keeps you informed at every stage, which makes the whole process much easier. After a few mishaps moving into my new house, Ffion efficiently ensured the subcontracted work was being done as we wanted, in a timely fashion and to a good standard. To do this, she noted down all our information on file so other colleagues could stay informed should the work get moved around, contacted many suppliers on the same day we had raised the queries about the property and followed up for feedback once they had been and gone. The deadline of Thursday had been given to Leaders for a few weeks and Ffion stepped in last minute to make it all happen. Forever grateful she adapted so well to managing what our home needed to make it now feel so right.

Fantastic service from Ffion who was helpful and professional throughout. Ffion kept us informed, ensured contractors worked to deadlines and genuinely cared about our customer experience as a tenant. Very impressive.

Natalie Mitchell is the best Property Manager we've ever had!
We live in New Zealand, so it's difficult to manage the properties at times. That's why having Natalie on our team is so critical. Natalie goes out of her way to give us a clear and pragmatic view of what's going on so that we can make the best decisions.
Leaders have some great systems and processes to keep visibility of the financial, compliance and maintenance aspects of managing the properties. What Natalie brings is a real partnership approach, so that we feel supported and confident in the running of the Flats and the decisions we make. If i could give her 6 stars I would!

Having been dealing with agents over the past 30 years of business, I can say it has been a pleasure dealing with Maddie. 100% efficiency and a pleasure to work with.

At the moment my experience is very bad as the tennant I paid them to find, has let s down, couldnt pay as he has universal credit which had changed his date. He eventually paid 5 days late and I can't get my payment fast tracked, all considered so as weekend looming I will be very hard up. As my husband died uexpectedly I was left with a mortage.

Our experience with Leaders has always been excellent, especially due to our lovely property manager Tierney! She is so friendly and always ensures that any issues we have are dealt with as soon as possible. I really appreciate that she always checks in after any work in the flat has been done to see if everything has run smoothly and has been sorted. She is everything you want and need from a property manager and I look forward to dealing with her in the future!
