We have recently started working with Mea and things are looking up. Very mixed experience with Leaders as a management company. Seems it all depends on the person you get to deal with. Mea is looking good! Also want to call out Tillie in the Tonbridge office who has always been there for us.

Mea has been absolutely brilliant in dealing with issues around my rental property. Friendly, helpful and very personal and professional. Takes some of the stress out of dealing with difficult situations with my tenants. 5 star rating!

Mea Evans has been impressive with the way in which she sees to our needs as a tenant here in Tonbridge. The process of being heard and actions happening can often be frustrating and the larger system of tenant-care is still annoying, but this is where we have been impressed with Mea's efficiency and persistence to actually have our matters properly noted and seen to. She is also very pleasant at all times and reliable which is hugely appreciated by us. Thank you Mea, you are a credit to Leaders.

I was shown around a property in Tonbridge and found that the service was excellent. The estate agent Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable and took his time to show me around and answer my questions. A very pleasant experience.

Great advice and service received

I wanted to personally thank Adam for his wonderful advice on our property search. He took the time to really listen what I was looking for in my next home and based on that he gave some wonderful recommendations which shaped the location of our next home. Thanks to his service, Leaders will definitely be the agent we will be instructing if and when we come to move and need to sell our property as he not only gave great advise he was also very proactive with chasing me for viewings as a potential buyer. I'd like to compliment Cameron Salisbury (Leaders Tonbridge Office - Maintenance matters) for his excellent customer care. We had an ongoing maintenance issue wrt our rental and Cameron did a really great job having the workmen attend to things and limit what had been an annoying waiting period. We commend him highly and thank him for his professional service.

Unprofessional. Don’t seem to know what they are doing. Will con you out of as much money as they can! Disgusting

Our experience with this company and landlord was absolutely awful, after paying a large sum of money for 6 months rent, it was two months before being able to move in. There were many problems with this property, things that could not be seen on their virtual viewing. After many phone conversations, one of which was to their head office, and an email from Tonbridge office asking me not to contact them, so many text messages and a visit to the office, nothing was ever done. So 6months rent was paid, but only 4 months lived in. Disgusting way to run a company. My review will not change, customer service for our numerous e.mails, phone calls and visit all fell on deaf ears!

Sophie and Adam from the Sales team at Tonbridge were excellent! They were extremely helpful and quick to answer our queries, which was really reassuring as first-time buyers. They made the process less stressful and we’d definitely recommend them.

Both Sophie and Adam are very helpful during the last 6 months. Although it has been a long jouney but they have showed their professional skill and keep the communication through. A big thank you for all your support.

The attentiveness, thoroughness and success achieved exceed all expectations I had of any agent in the area.

Tillie, Amelia and Molly were brilliant throughout and highly recommend them to any would be landlords or tenants searching for the right agent.

Appalling service from the Rental and Customer care teams- complete lack of communication, complete disrespect of the legislation and liars.

Now taking this further as this level of unprofessionalism is not acceptable.

Rhys has been amazing throughout the process, he communicates well and is very knowledgeable. Also the rest of the team have been brilliant and all wanting to help when Rhys is unavailable.

Couldn't of been more helpful, well mannered went out of the way too make sure everything was going smoothly and quickly.

I am happy to say that the service and help provided by Joseph in property management far exceeds any other that I have experienced with leaders . The continuity of working with Joseph has been good and your choice of eventual contractors has been excellent. I'm glad i chose to stay and gave Joseph a chance to show me the change in Tonbridge management. Keep up the great work

Leaders stands strong with great brand reputation and enthusiastic estate agents. they really sell for you and the effort is noticed. Rhys specifically has been incredibly helpful and proactive since taking on my property. I couldn't fault the service he has provided

Poor handling of the whole process. They lost my keys and blame it on me. They also have a very high staff turnover, which meant no one really followed up on the sales. Over-promising of the sale price and short selling time also seems to be the norm. I raised my concerns but the response was defensive.

Leaders have managed two of my properties in Tonbridge for just over a year. While the service started in a satisfactory way, the last four months have been beyond awful.
From taking £1600 for a painting job that didn’t get organised in months, to not dealing with a broken shower door or leaks in the flat, I’ve been left completely shocked at how long they are willing to leave me with NO service. Not only have they continued to take the management fee each month, but they’ve also taken some fees twice - only rectified when I’ve gone through and checked my statements.
Think twice before you employ Leaders to manage your properties - you are likely to end up doing most of the work yourself and It will cost you.
