Leaders are the property management company for my property in Tonbridge, and they are doing very well for me. I am very happy with their work. Now I consider buying another property in town and will ask them to manage it again.

Tonbridge are quite rude
Tonbridge are quite rude. I was approached about a letting via email. Few emails back and forth, initially fine, but the moment my wage fell slightly short to 'pass referencing', never heard another word. I got 'ghosted' but an agent, literally dropped like I was infected with something deadly. So my judgement is - probably better if they see money.

Team always try to resolve issues as quickly as possible. I’ve had a positive experience with everyone in the Tonbridge office.

Leaders property management
Mea of Leaders has been very efficient in handling the management of my rental property. If the tenants report any issues Mea is quick to inform me, and then good at getting these issues resolved on my behalf.
I can recommend the use of her services in handling your rental property management.

Update
I wanted to write a quick review on my Leaders experience.
I have been with the agency for many years and they have been looking after my properties.
On the whole,service has been good but there have been periods of ups and downs as staff leave and often issues would not be dealt with by your local branch.
But recently,with the addition of Mea,things are definitely on the up.
She is very professional,considerate and caring,and communication (most important)is excellent.
And all issues get dealt with speedily.
Long may it continue.

Outstanding service from Mea Evan’s who responded incredibly quickly when our boiler has issues a few weeks ago. She showed empathy and a sense of urgency both over the telephone and on the Leaders reporting system. We really appreciated her assistance with resolving the issue.

Great property management at Leaders
Leaders manage 3 rental properties for us and do it very well. Last week, with no notice, our property manager became indisposed. Despite some complicated stuff going on with 2 of the properties (boiler replacement / repairs etc) Leaders colleagues seamlessly stepped in to assume responsibility. I would particularly like to mention Charlotte and also Mea Evans

Mea has been so helpful and responsive
Mea has been really helpful and responsive in any queries I have had with the property I rent through Leaders.
She has been considerate of my time when booking any maintenance appointments needed, taking into account I work from home and have dogs on the property.
All in all I am very happy with the support I have received when needed and would totally recommend Leaders to other prospective tenants.

From local company to national corporation
I inherited Leaders when they took over a local agent I was using quite some time ago. The transition from a local, friendly and budget friendly company to a national corporation was not a happy experience. One of my main gripes was the whole host of different people I had to deal with, in scattered areas, none of which seem to be aware of each others actions.
However, I am hoping things may improve with the acquisition of Mea, as my dedicated property manager, who seems to be be more customer friendly. So far his response to emails and ongoing actions are promising. Tillie in the local office has also been quite helpful.
